The trip itself is enjoyable and the crew was fun and helpful. Snorkleing is very pedesterian, fish was not bountiful and they are very small, most are smaller than the size of a palm. There are a few bigger ones, but still not longer than 1.5 feet. A complaint is that they don't have small life jackets. My GF and her son weigh 45 kg and her daughter weighs 40 kg. The smallest jackets are for people who weigh at least 80 kg., so very uncomfortable for them. If you go, make sure to tell the operator in advance to have samller life jackets in advance if you have small children. We booked Tour A and B from the same outfit on Viator. After arriving in Puerto Princesca, we found out that we can book them for almost half price, so we canceled Tour B and booked locally (too late to cancel Tour A to get a refund). The cost advertised includes a $400 peso environmental fee/person, this fee is good for all the tours. So, if you book 2 tours like we did, you pay 2 seperate environmental fees; in other words, the operator makes $400 more on the second tour as you have already paid it on the first tour. As we canceled Tour B and book it from another operator, we asked Tour A's operator to text me the environmental receipts so I don't have to pahy them again for Tour B. At first she said Ok but nothing came after 2 hours (guess she was mad that I cancelled Tour B), I had to threaten her to either send the receipts by 8:00 pm or I would give them a bad review before she relented.

Beautiful tour and wonderful guides/life guards and boat driver. They were very helpful with my aunt and mum who don’t have the best mobility. Be aware you need to walk in the water and climb the ladder each time. Only issue was there were 4 people late/didnt show up and that delayed our tour by 50 minutes and the tour still finished by 4pm so we basically lost time.

Great day out, well organised, enjoyed the kayaking and snorkelling, lunch on the beach was great. Make sure you take a waterproof bag and suitable footwear to wear in sea. Some activities are not included in the price (kayaking and snorkel masks), but these are still very reasonably priced.
