5.00It is an excellent program to cycle along the coastal belt. There are also assisted and it becomes easier. That’s 11 kilometers total in a sense where you can see a big screenshot of Panama. In a long stretch you go between the middle of the sea. We loved it! Highly recommended

4.00I thought it was a pretty good experience. They didn’t quite explain how to use the electric bikes, so for first timers, you should probably ask. However, we thought they were very accommodating as our tire did pop. Overall a great experience because Panama is absolutely gorgeous!
