What To Expect

Your English speaking guide and the local private driver will meet you at your downtown Hangzhou hotel at 6.30p.m, hop on to the comfortable air-conditioned vehicle to start the wonderful night outing. Upon arrival ,follw your guide and take the seat at the VIP area and get ready to enjoy the fabulous show -"Enduring Memories of Hangzhou" , formerly known as "Impression Show on the West Lake". This amazing show is directed by Zhang Yimou, the famous film director who once directed the Opening ceremony of 2018 Beijing Olympics. Be marvel at the fantastic music with the charming dancing, as well as other spectacular arts and movements with the amazing lights lit up on the surrounding trees on the shoreline of the West Lake and its water stage. The show has received the highest praises after entertaining all the State leaders from home and abroad in the G20 Summit in 2016 Hangzhou.
West Lake (Xi Hu)
After the wonderful show. Your private driver will pick up you from the show site and drop off you at your Hangzhou hotel or other downtown area in the city. On the way, enjoy a nice drive along the picturesque West Lake.

5.00The show was excellent - it showed the deep root of Chinese culture and it's compatibility with different cultures. It is a show that should not be missed in the trip in Hangzhou. I booked this just 2 days prior and the tour guide is professional and sorted out the arrangement shortly. The transfer service made me easier in planning my itinerary (the traffic jam around Xihu area should not be underestimated and if the traveller is not familiar with Xihu, this will be a big help). Highly recommend this tour.

5.00Amazing show! I was raining lightly, so we were worried it would be cancelled. But the performers are in the water, and the seats for the audience are covered, so the show goes on even in the rain. Our guide was great - Sunny communicated well before the hotel pick-up so we were not worried. They handled tickets and walked us right into our seating area. Because of the rain, 2 of our 6 seats were wet as they happened to be right under a seam in the roof. Once our guide saw this, she spoke with the head usher, and they moved us to a dry area! I recommend this event and this tour company. And for a totally stress-free evening, pay a bit more like we did to have them pick you up and take you back to your hotel.

5.00First and most important our tour guide Sunny. She was amazing. Days before the event she made sure that I had all of the information needed to prepare for the tour. Additionally she was very accommodating to my changes in Schedule. During the day she made us feel very comfortable with the plan and was very knowledgeable about the places she took us. I highly recommend this tour. Ask for Sunny you won’t be disappointed.

5.00The show was spectacular that’s a given, what I was impressed with the most was the costumer service given through the Managment team. The driver was outside my hotel exactly on time with a luxury car filled with water bottles and temperature controlled AC. The contact through sms was excellent and made me feel like they really want you to be as comfortable as possible, and the highlight was Helen. She was waiting for me at the drop off site and was chatting with me gleefully before the show started, she kept recommending places that I should visit and after the drop off still insisted on offering her help when needed throughout my stay. I highly recommend everyone to see the show and experience the service.

5.00This show was amazing, our guide collected us from our hotel and was informative and helpful. Bobby found us a nice place to eat and have coffee before hand. All of us found the show spectacular, and really appreciated the fact that altho we had booked it from New Zealand before we even left the country, the communication and service was faultless.
