What To Expect
Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque
It is the biggest mosque in Oman, we will pass around it. You can take pictures from the car or from outside, and you can also visit it if you want.
Royal Opera House
At the Royal Opera House, we prefer to see it from the outside only, because inside it has an empty stage and some restaurants, but if you want to visit it, you can tell the guide to visit it.

5.005 star city tour experience. My driver Khalid was excellent and very knowledgeable gave me a running commentary of all aspects of Oman history, culture and so much more. Was flexible on the tour and arranged the route to suit me. would recommend this tour and especially Khalid the driver. .

5.00Ghusun is the best tour guide that you can get! From the beginning of the tour, he started taking very proudly on the Oman as a nation, its rich history and presence. I loved that we managed to see all the attractions in the morning hours when there was no rush and there was no overcrowded with tourists. My hidden gem places were viewpoints over Old Muscat.

5.00I had such a great tour with Mohammed! It was only me on the trip and Mohammed was an excellent guide. He is very polite, funny and has lots of information about the sites we saw, as well as stories from his life in Oman. We visited the Mosque (in the morning so it wasn't busy and not too hot yet). Amazing architecture and I learned many things. Then the Opera house, with its huge stage and seating area. We walked around the Souk, then saw the different buildings near the port. Mohammed was professional and very enthusiastic. An enjoyable tour.

4.00Great tour, the guide did well and took me around the city and we even went to some extra places on the way to buy a couple things I needed. The experience around the souq was fun. I did the tour in the afternoon, which required some adjustments (fish market, inside part of the Opera, and grand mosque were closed). I suggest doing the tour in the morning if possible. Make sure to confirm the itinerary before. This would be 5 stars if not for the level of English of the guide, who changed last minute. He was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately could not speak English well. So I could get some bits of info here and there, but we could not have real discussions. So double-checking for this point before the tour is recommended.

5.00Mohammed Al Ghatrifi came promptly to pick me up and brought me to some of the most amazing areas of the city. I had a nice insight of culture history and architecture, tried local sweets and coffee and had a nice stroll in the souq. Frankincence tee also found together with some examples if unique traditions. In a couple of hours everything was covered without being rushed or tiresome. Really appreciated.
