We'll visit working windmills and meet the people who run them, cycling through the peaceful 't Twiske nature reserve on paths that tour buses can't reach, and our guides know the local stories, and hidden spots that make this journey special.
With comfortable e-bikes you'll spend your energy enjoying the scenery, not fighting traffic. Most of our route runs through countryside and dedicated bike paths—you'll barely notice you're cycling 40km.
Some notes: Must be comfortable riding a bike and able to cycle.
Minimum height: 1.50m (4'9") for adults, 1.55m (5'1") for children
Limited kids' bikes available for riders 1.40m-1.55m (4'7"-5'1") - message us for availability
Tours operate rain or shine (high-quality ponchos provided)

What To Expect
Amsterdam
We start in the city of Amsterdam as we pedal away to the ferry boat
IJplein En Vogelbuurt
Behind the train station we find the free ferry boats which will take us to Noord on our path out of town

5.00This was the highlight of our Amsterdam trip. Our guide Gabe was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. He took a novice rider (myself) on a safe, step-by-step journey. The views on this trip were majestic and the activity was fun. We got to visit a functioning Windmill and meet the operator, Marcel, who showed us how a Water Mill functioned. We saw many windmills during our ride and had a delicious lunch at a stop along the way. This is a 5 Star experience. I highly recommend it!

5.00The e-bike long tour of Amsterdam is a must-do. Exploring the countryside on pedal-assist e-bikes was an amazing experience. One of the highlights was stopping at an active windmill where a local, Marcel, explained how everything works and shared insights into his way of life—an unexpected and fascinating bonus. Our guide, Kevin, was fantastic and made sure everyone was comfortable and safe, even on a cold, windy, rainy morning (ponchos provided by tour group)
