A truly wonderful experience. We enjoyed meaningful, quality time with the elephants and could clearly see that the staff treat them with great respect and care. No elephant was forced to participate in any activity. Our tour guide (I believe his name was Mod) provided in-depth information about elephants and was very entertaining. Lunch was Pad Thai, the famous Thai stir-fried noodles. Be sure to bring some cash, as you can purchase extra drinks and souvenirs at reasonable prices.

We had a great experience at the Living Green Elephant Sanctuary Chonburi. The pickup was punctual, the staff and guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and the sanctuary is clean and well cared for. Spending time feeding, walking with, and bathing the elephants in a natural and ethical environment was the highlight of the day. Lunch was included and satisfactory, and the overall pace of the tour was relaxed and enjoyable. A well-organized tour and good value for travelers looking for a responsible elephant experience.

Lovely experience with a small number of these amazing animals, they’re obviously well cared for and have a closeness with their keepers. Lunch is provided and also a smock, the elephants like to dribble a little bit, really enjoyable.

Absolutely fantastic. All too often, trips are aimed at squeezing as much money as possible out of a tourist, this was refreshing in that it wasn't. It's all about the elephants. They'll talk to you about them, give you a little safety briefing, then it's feeling time & off you go to observe and moderately interact with them. I'm no expert but they seem happy. There's no upselling, there's a little gift stall with absolutely no pressure and prices are good. They even take your photos for you to get via QR code - expecting a rip off price? It's free! They allow you to touch the elephants on certain parts which keeps you and the elephants safe and keeps it respectful. The staff are friendly. You'll go for a short tour around the sanctuary and get offered to join the elephants in the pool where you can chuck water over them. The elephants are free to roam off at any point - as some of them did in the pool, they were left to their own free will, rather than keep them there for the tourist. As it should be. The transport I was worried about given other reviews - it was okay. Nothing luxury, very basic, but did not feel unsafe at any point. Expect to travel around 2 hours each way out of Bangkok. It seems a fairly new sanctuary and if elephants are your thing - give it a chance.

I had a wonderful experience! I was very lucky to find one of the elephants had a baby. The baby was very playful and just adorable. I was lucky enough to feed every elephant even the baby. The guides were very informative and gave us a brief description of every elephant and how they came to the sanctuary. It was definitely a majestic experience and I would do it again.

It's quite ok, there are only a few elephants there and you walk with them a tramp path. The staff on site seems very stressed as new groups are constantly arriving. In the beginning we were 7 people, then suddenly 40 and everyone then leaves together with the elephants.

You can tell from everybody that works here that they really care for the elephants. You get to be extremely close to them while they go about there normal routine.
