While traveling Dubai, We stopped by the Etihad Museum, which turned out to be a very interesting place. The museum concentrates on the history ofthe UAE's formation, with everythibg exhibited in a modern and interactive fashion. The structure itself is both unusual and wonderfully designed.

The museum concentrates on the history of how the UAE was established and is presented in a very modern and interactive format. The structure itself is also unique and well built. It's not very extensive, but you can easily spend couple of hours browsing the halls and learning about the UAE's history.

I was scared it might be dry, but it's actually very high tech. There are numerous interactive panels and 3D videos that show how the seven emirates came together. The sight of the enormous UAE flag flying outside is breathtaking.

The museum is modern and thoughtfully arranged. The timeline explaining the formation of the United Arab Emirates is particularly clear and easy to follow. Digital exhibits work smoothly and are available in multiple languages. It isn’t a huge museum, so two hours is sufficient.

In contrast to the rest of bustling Dubai, the atmosphere inside is reflective rather than boisterous, which was pleasant. Compared to simply reading signage, we all felt that the audiovisual presentations provided a more thorough explanation. Although it lacks rides or big thrills, but for history and context, it works really well.
