During this authentic culinary experience in the heart of Alicante, you’ll learn to cook traditional Spanish tapas in a real working kitchen — not a tourist setup. Led by a local chef and host, you'll prepare dishes like tortilla de patatas, gazpacho, secreto Toast with Turrón Sauce, chorizo a la sidra, “delicias de Elche” (dates wrapped in bacon), and finish with torrija and turrón ice cream. The activity begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the fresh, local ingredients sourced from Alicante’s Central Market. You’ll get hands-on — chopping, stirring, and plating — while learning the stories and traditions behind each dish. Vegetarian and allergy-friendly options are available upon request. Once the cooking is done, you’ll sit down to enjoy everything you’ve made, accompanied by sangría and water. The atmosphere is relaxed, social, and full of flavor. Whether you’re a foodie or a first-time cook, this workshop offers a unique and delicious evening in Alicante.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We enjoyed every minute of it. The host and cook, Frederico, was very knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed. The dishes selected for the class were interesting and not too difficult to cook. The final products were very tasty and we enjoyed eating all of them. I would definitely recommend this class.

Cool experience, great guys, who provided the guidance and mastership of tapas cooking. Also the good point is that there were not just easy pinchos, but something more - the tapases proposed where untrivial and interesting in cooking.
