5.00Highly recommended! From the moment our plane landed I knew we were in good hands! Big shout out to Kelvin Santos- he was amazing! We had family flying in on 3 different flights arriving in two different terminals. Kelvin coordinated it all with ease and stopped at the supermarket on our way to the condo. In the past drivers would just stay in the car and wait for us, but Kelvin went the extra mile and went shopping with us. making It recommendations on products if needed and helped us find things in the store. Kelvin continued to check in with us daily to ensure our needs were being met. Arranged a whale watching excursion and made dinner recommendations when asked. We always felt safe and comfortable and would 10 out of 10 recommend this organization.
