Great time! Fluvio (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was a great leader... saw amazing & beautiful areas of Majorca... Mountains...Beach...Towns...we went through it all!! Quads were very comfortable and easy to drive. Make sure to have water and a backpack (no place to store your stuff-but I think it said it in the booking) Would definitely recommend doing it!!

You are driving most of the time through gorgeous scenery (occasional wild goats), towns. Our guide was exceptional.

A must do excursion while visiting Mallorca. The Quad riding experience will be amazing if you have never driven a Quad. For motor bike riders it is another experience to remember. We were on a 2 rider Quad and was fun to follow the other tour group members around during the 3 trip. We did take a stop at a scenic spot and then another for an ice cream. We would highly recommend Mallor Quad - and the tour guides Flavio and Camilla. The only thing to take note is that the Mallor Quad on Google Maps shows up at Easter Garage, but it’s actually in a by lane or alley close to that. Taxi driver should be able to help pin point. Or ask someone.

What a great experience and tour. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. The guys knew great locations for riding and were so sweet and even took photos of us in the stops. We saw a lot for the amount of time we rode.

I already know this review is not going to be popular with the operator (and I'm sure they're going to blast me for it too), but I feel obligated to detail my experience so others don't have the same via Viator or with them. However, I intend to write this factually because regardless of who's fault it was, what happened wasn't fair to us, the customer. It's certainly had me re-thinking if I want to continue using Viator in the future and I travel and arrange my own activities A LOT. I'll start by saying that someone dropped the ball. Evidently, our tour was to be canceled ahead of time, only neither the operator nor Viator ever told us. Can't for sure determine whose fault it was though. Viator claims they were never notified, the operator said first that they told Viator to cancel and refund all of their bookings scheduled for after 11/1 (we were booked for 11/4 and had been booked as such for close to 3 months, it was not a last min booking). However, later in a text conversation, the operator said they canceled our experience seemingly last min due to prior weather and the route getting interrupted by fallen trees. Not entirely sure who/what to believe. It doesn't really matter. However, as we found many things closed all around the Mediterranean post 11/1, I imagine we booked outside the typical tourist season window in August and for whatever reason, our tour was not canceled despite it being scheduled for 11/4 (ie. After 11/1). Some questions that come to mind with all of that are: 1. if you season ends 11/1, why have a booking calendar on Viator that still accepts reservations after that time? You can set the dates your business is willing to take bookings, just exclude the dates you don't want. 2. Why confirm our booking, take our money and have Viator send us our tickets for the activity mere days before if you're closed the date of our booking?? 3. Both Viator and the operator have all of my information. Why not reach out to me through one of the many ways to reach me and tell me the operator is closed that day or the booking needs to be canceled?? That way I can choose another activity. We were stopping in town for one day as part of a cruise. We could have found other things to do with notice. That's kinda hard though when we're not told we're canceled until we're standing at a locked door on site. There's so many other questions I have and issues to point out, but to summize...I booked an activity 3 months ahead of time, the activity was confirmed and I paid, my friend and I got up very early (especially considering jetlag) and took a $30 taxi in a foreign place where neither of us speak the language ready to have this activity. Side note: Ironically enough, the cab driver even explained that we would need the operator to call us a return cab when it was time to head back to the port because we were in a different city and the cab we took couldn't come back for us...seems we'd have to get one from that city to take us back. So imagine our shock and fear when we wandered around trying to find the location (for close to 30 mins) only to eventually find the unmarked location closed and had no idea how to get back to our ship. We're lucky we're savvy travelers and had a rideshare app that worked. But it was scary and we felt very vulnerable. This was also entirely avoidable. Oh and Viator was extremely unhelpful just in case you were wondering how that customer service helps when you're in a bind on the ground... Oh! And it cost us a completely unnecessary $50-60 plus lots of wasted time that was limited to begin with. Perfect first day of vacation :| Now, I'm confident, based on the other reviews, that this would have been a fantastic experience had we gotten to do it. That's why we booked it. We were really excited for it too! But, we didn't get that opportunity. And the circumstances surrounding why were completely avoidable by the operator and/or Viator. For myself, I'll take responsibility and say lesson learned. I'm never ever doing another tour from any site without personally confirming it. However, the point of these sites is that I shouldn't have to! There's a calendar of availability, you pick your choice, you pay, they send you the tickets, there's a way to communicate IF you have questions, but then you just go on your activity. You shouldn't have to neurotically double check all your bookings. But I'll be darn sure I do from now on. Because that was an expensive, stressful, scary and completely unnecessary/avoidable situation that no one really seemed to care they inflicted on two women in a foreign country where they didn't speak the local language.
