Our guide was Beatriz and we found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable of the city. She took us to points of interest and supplied us with history. I would recommend her.

I booked this tour on 15 august to have the experience always on 15 august 2025, for two persons and it costed me 259 dollars for 90 minutes experience. No local tour operator came at the appointment. The tour had to begin at 11:00 a'clock. I got in the place 20 minutes earlier, following the instructions, but no local tour operator came. I contacted the help center of viator, asking for the refund, providing them the booking referetion, but they told me that they wouldn't refund me, as the local tour operator had provided the documentation of the communications with me. No local tour operator contacted me. This is an actual shameful lie and theft.

I booked a tour Explore Aarhus in 60 minutes, for me and somebody else, on tripadvisor via viator. It costed me 259 dollars. I had to meet the local tour operator at 11:00 I arrived 20 minutes before at the given address, but nobody came. I contacted the help center of viator, for the refund and they answered me that the refund wasn't possible, as the local tour had provided the documention of our communications. The local tour operator never contacted me. This is an actual lie and theft. Shame on you...

Our guide was a very good and kind person, really but not for that kind of tour. We pay more than 550$canadien to have a private tour with a local guide but she was not. It was fun to walk with her but did not learn much.

The tour guide wasn't a professional, but he was very friendly and fairly knowledgeable about the history of Aarhus, many of its iconic buildings and landmarks, and Denmark in general. The best part about this tour was that it was very small- my party of two got the tour guide all to ourselves, so we got to ask him many questions and enjoyed a fun conversation, besides getting to see much of what Aarhus has to offer. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would recommend it.

Mikkel is a great guide . He will show you all the highlights of the city and places to visit and eat. He's also well spoken, and well aware of Aarhus, so he’s a great guide.

We had a wonderful tour with Rocío covering the highlights of Aarhus. And although it was a brief one hour, the tour was packed with fascinating information. Rocío was very generous with sharing her knowledge of history, art and the culture of Denmark. We highly recommend this tour.

Had an excellent experience with our guide Anders, who went out of the way to personalize the tour to our interests. Learned so much about history of Aarhus, experienced beautiful views on the rooftop and lovely hidden streets and other gems.
