I booked this tour expecting a typical sightseeing experience like others I’ve done elsewhere, but it exceeded my expectations on so many fronts. The tour guide, who is also the owner of the company, took us to three uniquely different locations near the Utah-Nevada border to see the salt flats and desert, including a short stop at the Tree of Life. Throughout the trip, I felt I had plenty of time to experience each stop, and the guide was kind enough to offer to take photos for everyone. We went on a moderate hike up a desert ridge to observe the salt flats and the endless mountains and plains. The guide also shared a wealth of information about the landscape, history, and geology of SLC, as well as his own experience living here. It was truly an unforgettable experience that felt like a perfect combination of a sightseeing and hiking tour. The guide was professional and went above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s schedules, including pick-ups and drop-offs.

We didn't know what to expect on this tour, however, we had such a great time! It is a long drive but Dima was full of information which he shared on the drive. It was very windy that day and a bit chilly. Dima offered to take some photos of us and it was such fun. We appreciate Dima's professionalism, friendly demeanor, and his love for the outdoors.

It was my first time going to Salt Lake City, and after much consideration because I wanted to go somewhere, I definitely wanted to go to Bonneville Salt Flats, so this tour was the best one. There was a transfer to the hotel where we were staying, pick-up at 8:15 and back at 15:40. I was there with my 90-year-old mother, and there were 12 people on the tour, some of whom were late. I am a Japanese who is not good at English, and I didn't understand all of the explanations given by my guide Dima, but she was so knowledgeable that she explained the history and religious background of the area as much as the customer wanted. Silver Island Mountain is a bit of a climb, getting out of the car, so my 90-year-old mother had to give up on it along the way, but otherwise she was good enough to join. I was planning to travel in Amtrak this evening. Dima taught me how to spend my time from the end of the tour to Amtrak time at a buffet restaurant called Chuck-A-Rama. It was good to spend a long time here. But there was one thing I didn't know and failed to do. The Amtrak station was open from 10pm and we had not been able to get into the station building until then. Right after the tour, I was going to check in my checked luggage at the station in Amtrak, but the station building was closed and I failed badly. If you plan to ride an Amtrak after this tour, be careful.

Definitely get ready for an adventure! We brought our family (including smalll children) to the is experience and will not forget it! I did not realize how far the salt flats were from the city center so I appreciate having someone drive us. Our guide Dima provided useful info and lessons along the way. Salt flats were beautiful and unexpected. It was a little rainy but Dima was very accommodating and adjusted for the group’s desires. He is also a good photographer! We also went on an unexpected hike up to the highest point! Of course Dima asked if the group wanted to do it, and my kids did it and had so much fun. At first I wondered why the tour was 8 hours long but including the drive, we saw and did so much. It was an amazing way to explore the outskirts of Salt Lake City. Highly recommend!

Dmytro our guide was AMAZING! This tour was the highlight of our brief stay in SLC. He was on time. Picked us up from our Airbnb. Had water already in the holder upon picking a seat. He took pictures and gave an excellent history overview of SLC. The flats were amazing. The hike was nice. Not bad but you will feel it. He had snacks for us as well. Do this tour!!! You will be glad you did. Thanks Dmytro for your time and professionalism.

It was amazing. We were on the fence because of the length of the trip, but soooo glad we did it. The landscape was amazing and the views were fabulous. Nowhere else will you get to experience the salt flats like this. Sunset on steroids!

A great tour with a very knowledgeable and helpful tour guide. The salt flats are very neat to see and the mountains are unbelievably beautiful! It was a memorable day and I would book with this company again. However, we selected this tour specifically because it included the salt flats AND great salt lake. Two things we really wanted to see on our short trip to Utah. Unfortunately, during the tour, the guide announced that he had stopped going to the Great Salt Lake State Park months ago because it is too muddy and there’s nothing to really see. So, despite the fact it was on the itinerary, we were going to skip it. I fully respect his opinion and believe that he made the right call skipping it. I’m just disappointed that I went all the way to Salt Lake City and didn’t get to see the great salt lake up close. It would have been nice to know in advance that it wasn’t going to be included on the tour.

The Bonneville Salt Flats are absolutely stunning and endless white landscape that feels almost otherworldly. Our tour guide made it even better with engaging stories and a genuine passion for the place. It turned a beautiful stop into a really memorable experience.
