Loved seeing the cave and pearl factory. The guide was good. The tour was suppose to be 6 hrs and it was only 2hrs and 45min. That is my only complaint.

I think we expected something different… false advertising in other words. The cave was cool and really cold (being jacket please), the boat ride was 15 seconds, 16 if your lucky… also really crowded. Hotdog outside was good, but not the crepes (get at your own risk). Souvenir shop was absolute scam… prices are hiked, magnets were ugly. It was okay.

Driver and guide were lovely. Pleasant morning trip. Caves were amazing. Would have liked longer in the pearl factory but nice to have some free time after caves

A group of 8 of us took this Viator excursion, paying. The tour was advertised with live music, a rowboat ride across Lake Martel, and a visit to a Mallorca pearl factory, but it didn’t live up to expectations. The cave was beautiful, but the live music lasted only 5 minutes, and the rowboat ride was just 50 feet with a long wait over an hour long. We never reached the pearl factory, which we were looking forward to. Pickup was inconvenient, requiring a taxi to a different location than listed. Though the bus driver kindly dropped us off at the port. The excursion involved lots of walking, including uphill terrain, making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues or young children. Overall, the experience was not as advertised and didn’t meet our expectations. It’s not recommended for families or people with physical limitations. Save your money for something better.

The place was amazing but it’s not worth £100 for 2 people your not aloud to take pictures at the concert and it’s just a boat going round playing music, I was so gutted as I was looking forward for this since I booked this in advance for months

We took this tour instead of booking the exact same tour on our cruise ship. This tour cost half as much to do exactly the same thing. You have to make your own way off the cruise ship to the meeting spot, which cost us $20 in a taxi. The tour guide was nice enough to drop us off back at our cruise ship instead of making us take a taxi. We got exactly what we expected and we had a really good time, our tour guide spoke six different languages and was very kind and hospitable. We drove an hour to the caves where we already had our tickets ready. We walked in with a couple hundred people, but it Felt like you could move around and take photos and videos of the caves. Inside, it was really cool. We walked for probably 30 minutes, slowly, until we got to a seating area. We all sat on a bench and then when everyone was seated a 15 minute symphony orchestra started as two different boats floated by playing music. Next, we stood in line and got in one of the gondola like boats for a 10 minute lake cruise. Then we made our way out of the cave, had some snacks at the very large and convenient outdoor food area. prices were pretty good. All in all, this tour was well run, the bus was very nice, all employees did an excellent job, and we felt that we got excellent value for our money. We had a great time.

I would recommend doing this as an individual and saving a lot of money. We had so many issues trying to arrange things and staff were not sympathetic to the fact we were on the other side of the island and pick up points were not advertised clearly before booking. No refund issued, so I have to review this experience as an unacceptable service. Asked for their regulator details to make an official complaint but was ignored.
