1.00Avoid this company when we got to the destination there liberty cruise was not running so we didn’t use this, Viator refused a refund. This happened on 2 excursions we bought from here, loads of better sites about
Tour was not as advertised waste of time.

1.00The bus never showed up, a worker for another bus tour company let us know that this company sometimes just never shows up, they hadn’t been there in 3 days. A couple near us was just as confused. We ended up buying tickets for another tour and will have to try and refund this one thru my credit card

2.00We booked the Express Sightseeing Bus Tour with Statue of Liberty Cruise Combo, expecting both the bus tour and the Statue of Liberty cruise as advertised. Only after our tickets were scanned and we had boarded the bus did the tour guide inform us that there would be no boat tour. No explanation was given, and we were given no option to cancel or make alternative plans. The Statue of Liberty cruise was a major reason for our booking, so this was extremely disappointing. This experience felt misleading and poorly handled, and it significantly reduced the value of what we paid for. Better communication and transparency are essential. I would not recommend this tour based on our experience.

1.00Unreal, the comments about waiting are accurate. We waited at least an hour. The promoter was rude. The heat does not warm the bus, only the driver. Not their fault but no boat tour. The Female driver was good though, no concerns. Overall, I wouldn't do it again. Not worth the money.
