Next, guests are guided through expedited passport processing via a dedicated customs and immigration clearance lines. After this, guests will be escorted to their chauffeured vehicle to transfer them to their vacationing resort. Round Trip Airport Transfers are included in cost of this service.

4.00Getting fast track saved us at least 45min to 1 hour. Someone met us as soon as we walked into the airport and aided in the process up to the point of meeting our driver. The only issue is that our driver took “backroads” which were extremely windy and if you are with anyone who has motion sickness, this will undoubtedly cause some nausea (especially if the driver is using a manual vehicle vs. automatic). Take Dramamine when you get tot he airport!

5.00Exactly as described. Very prompt service upon our arrival despite an hour flight delay. Got through customs quickly and on the way to our hotel in no time. I use this service anytime I come to St Lucia. Very satisfied and the driver was professional and the drinks and snack on board were a plus.

5.00Worth every penny. This was a seamless trip through customs. They walked us through every step of arriving in St. Lucia. We were in the airport less than 10 minutes. The ride to Sugar Beach was very gentle on a curvy ride. Our driver took the time to stop and point out things to us. He took us to a store to buy snacks. The car was clean and in great shape. Great service by Viator!

5.00Expedited customs and being immediately whisked away from the airport, rather than waiting for a packed shuttle, saved me from motion sickness and got us to Sandals at least one hour earlier than everyone else on our plane. Hillary was great! Told us all about the island.

5.00Fantastic service . Definitely worth paying for as 2 planes landed at the same time. We walked straight through passport control with our representative and once we had our bags we were escorted to the Sandals lounge where our driver from Hilary Tours and transfers met us. Had a really good trip with Jewelda to the hotel. Very comfortable car and first class driver. We would highly recommend booking this service.

5.00We came in when multiple planes landed, so for us, it was worth it so that we could zoom past the lines to start our journey across the island. Our representative met us in the terminal as we de-planed and we were out the door in minutes.

4.00Speeding through customs and immigration was a definite highlight. While others waited in the immigration line for an hour, we were through immigration in five minutes and customs in one minute. Driver was excellent and we felt very safe. Our ambassador in the airport was friendly and very helpful. She definitely knew her stuff. One of the important keys is to complete the online immigration form three days before departure.

5.00I want to take time out and express how enjoyable our experience was with Hilary transfers and tours. Upon arrival we were greeted at the Airport by the most pleasant representative (whose name I fail to recall) fast tracked and then escorted to where we met Hilary. Hilary greeted us and explained that we would wait he would bring the Van around to pick us up curbside. Once we sat in the clean comfortable air-conditioned van, we felt our vacation beginning. Our resort was an hour and half away from the airport. The ride to the resort was very relaxing and very revealing. Hilary spoke about the beautiful island of St Lucia and the people, at times slowing down to let us view the beautiful scenery along the way. Any question we asked about the island was answered. If you are looking for transportation on the island, use Hilary tours, they were prompt and reliable. So, Hilary when we return to St. Lucia, we will definitely call you again. Stacey & Edward Arthur

5.00A few months prior to our visit to St Lucia, I started looking for a reputable company that offers fast track services and private round trip transfers . Hillary Transfers and Tours did not disappoint.It was everything we wanted. Airport assistance from arrival to departure. The service was impeccable, efficient and prompt from start to finish. We were met at arrivals by their representative and was led all the way from immigration , customs to our car service. We had a very safe driver for the 1.5 hours drive from the airport to our hotel. A clean and comfortable van. Surprisingly, the windy road was not as bad as I was expecting. I nevertheless, took a motion sickness tablet to play safe , and all went well. I highly recommend them if you want VIP service and a safe driver. So worth it! We did not have to worry about anything. For my husband and I , when visiting Saint Lucia, it’s Hillary Transfers and Tours or nothing!
