We totally enjoyed all aspects of this trip BUT we all arrived in Marrakech with food poisoning. We were sick for days and weren’t able to fully enjoy the subsequent parts of our journey. Since restaurants stops were selected by the guides I think it’s important to note that all 4 in our party become extremely ill.

After researching various options, we decided to go with this as it has a 2D1N option from Fes-Merzouga-Marrakech. The agency was very professional and responsive, guiding every step of the way from after booking till the event itself. We appreciated the pre-tour info tips sent by whatsapp on what to prepare for the excursion. Our driver Aziz was safe and truly overall nice guy. There were coffee and bathroom breaks as well as photo stops along the way, in Ifrane, Monkey Forest, Ziz Valley. Lunch stop as well. Camel ride was the highlight, where we were taken to the dunes in Erg Chebbi to watch the sunset. After that we were transported to the luxury tents for dinner and a show. Wake up at 6am and go watch the sunrise. Truly worth it. After that breakfast and the long ride to Marrakech. Organising of the transport seems a bit chaotic in the desert but Mubarak, the owner who runs the show made sure everyone was taken care off and sent to the right vehicle. The luxury desert tent was adequate, has a big bathroom with hot water shower, loo and vanity sink. AC was a tad underpowered for the large tent but we didn't need it. The only thing was the house flies but we are in the nature, so that's to be expected. Just bring some bug spray dmfor your face so they font bother you when you sleep. Overall an unforgettable experience. Brilliant in terms of price-value. Highly recommended!

Tour very well organized, the road hours are many but having little time was the best choice! In addition our driver Brahim was very helpful and also acted as a guide during the trip, providing us with information about the places where we were passing. We chose the luxury desert camp and it proved to be a good choice with some amenities (such as private bathroom). The sunset and sunrise were beautiful to see in the Sahara desert and the starry sky, if you are lucky enough to have a clear evening, is a sight. Unique experience to try!

Trip was amazing! From the pit stops to the camp, everything was exceptional. Our driver / guide, Driss, was amazing while guiding us through Morroco different landscapes. The camp had traditional food, entertainment and good accomodation. Only negative aspect was the long trips between places.

The road trip to Merzouga was long but fun with the kindest and safest driver Fouad. Thanks for both who made my Sahara trip possible and unforgettable :) 2 days is a bit rush however that I had to leave right after breakfast the next day, I’ll join 3 days at least next time ! Recommend it

We had the opportunity to rely on this tourist agency for the 3-day tour from Fes to Marrakech with a night in the desert. Impeccable organisation, professional drivers, above all our best compliments go to Soufiane for the excellent guide, availability and friendliness with which he accompanied us for two whole days!!!

Being able to watch the sunset and sunrise over the dunes of the Sahara desert was worth the long, winding ride from Fes. We made a few stops in each direction to break up time spent in the van. We opted for the luxury tent and while I didn't see the other camp, it felt luxurious for being in the middle of the desert with a kong size bed and private full bath. The food was good and we actually made friends with another couple we met at the camp. All in all, it was a memorable trip and we recommend this tour/company.

The actual trek into the Sahara on the camels didn’t start until sunset due to the driver making a 1-hr stop for breakfast and another 1-hr stop for lunch then another 30 min stop at some random panoramic viewpoint. The driving was scary at best—and keep in mind it was raining nearly the entire drive. Then on the morning trek, we all thought we’d ride our camels to see the sunrise in the Sahara. That didn’t happen. We were told the sunrise happens at 7:30am and breakfast would be served at 8:30am. We basically had to walk out to the dunes to see the sunrise. Then we were rushed to eat breakfast so we could ride the camels back to the 4x4 that took us to our final ‘minivan’ back. Neither the van to or from had air conditioning. If it did, both drivers had us keep the windows down because of condensation on the windows. So we’d either be freezing or burning up to/fro. Last, on the return each passenger was dropped off at their hotel/train station EXCEPT for me. We were at the blue gate and the driver first tried to tell me to get out and pay for a cab to my hotel (Ibis Hotel). Then I advised I didn’t have any cash on me and the $250 I paid was supposed to include hotel pick up AND drop off. He then took my bags out the van and claimed he paid to have a cab take me to my hotel. The cab driver, who didn’t speak any English, took me to the wrong hotel and when I showed him on the map where my hotel was he demanded more money—which I didn’t have. By the end of it, I had to pay the driver the only money I had on me ($10 Euros) to take me the additional 5 mins drive). I was in tears, scared and mistreated. I would NEVER do this again nor would I ever recommend using this vendor. Everything was rushed, running behind or unsafe and dangerous. I want a refund of the amount I was forced to pay the cab driver to get back to my hotel.
