5.00We can highly recommend the cooking class. Francesca was delighted to show us around the market first and gave us a very authentic insight into Italian cuisine, products and local traders. She responded individually to our cooking requests, which we then prepared together. We had a very authentic and delicious experience, learnt a lot about cooking and highly recommend the market tour with the cooking class afterwards.

5.00One of the best tours and cooking class we have ever been in—Alex was amazing!!! Started at the market and our chef/host walked us through the market explaining and showing us local and seasonal foods and inquiring what foods we liked the most. We then went back for a private cooking class with many of the ingredients we just purchased. Alex created amazing recipes around the fresh ingredients — we ate till we couldn’t eat one more bite. Everything was so fresh and delicious. If you want a tour with real Italian cooking try the market tour. Worth every penny.
