Taipei
Between the seasoned kitchens of Ximending and morning pulse of Yongkang Street lies the true, unedited flavours of Taiwan, the 'Beautiful Island'. This was a very good food tour. The tour guide (can' remember his name) took us to some really good places to savor some really nice things. It was all done in Chinatown. I wished the weather was nicer but it was extremely hot and humid and we had one stop at a noodle soup stop lol.

Our guide Susan was amazing. We got taken to some great spots and all of the food was delicious. We also got some tips about travelling the city, a visit to a shrine and some cool recommendations for the rest of our time here. I'd highly recommend doing this at the start of your trip and you will feel so much more prepared for your time in Taiwan. I'd also do it at the end to be fair just for the great food!
