Neuf-Brisach
Departing at 9am from the historical center of Colmar, you will pass by the fortified village of Neuf-Brisach, a very unique site.
Freiburg im Breisgau
You will then drive to Germany and visit Freiburg, a city which has more to offer than just shopping. The city one of Germany's prettiest old quarters, with its characteristic narrow channels of water that run alongside the pavements.

4.00Didier was great guide but he got a bad vehicle from the motor pool while his regular can was in the shop. My teeth rattled. He provided a lot of great info on Eguisheim and took us to a fantastic market in Germany. Unfortunately, he let us loose in Basel and there was nothing we could find to do there. We did see the Cathedral and one of our trip members found a walk by the river, but we were generally underwhelmed by Switzerland. Didier was great about picking us up at our hotel and kept us updated about pick up and meeting points. I'd go on a different tour with him, as long as he has a good van and we were guided the whole time.

2.00Our guide Didier was great. But to call this a tour is not fair. You get a tour of Eguisheim, which was great and provided knowledge of the town and sites. For Freiburg and Basel, we had some info about the region but no tour of the areas. It was all free time in these cities. The tour was a mix of French and English, which I have not had but that was fine. Didier did a great job of making sure he spoke to each group. The van is a mini van. Not spacious for long trips. You will have 3 45 min to an hour drive. All over it was okay but more of a car service. Guide was great though. Without him it would be a 1 star.
