4.00Jason was a nice tour guide who made a point to speak to everyone and learn all names. He shared a lot of facts along the tour and was also pretty funny. Wai O Tapu was cool to see- we had time to explore on our own. The Polynesian Spa was nice, but a bit boring. I am not sure I would book that option again given the price.

5.00The experience was fantastic. From the moment of pick-up from my hotel the guide Aaron was engaged and informative. He shared many interesting facts about each area we drove through along the way to our destination. The Waiotapu Thermal Park was great to see and the Polynesian Spa hot spring pools overlooking the lake were absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this tour.

5.00We had a great day with Davide exploring Rotorua and it’s geothermal wonders despite the rain in the morning. The afternoon visit to the Polynesian Spa was very relaxing. David was a great and knowledgeable guide who went out of his way to make this day special. I highly recommend this tour!

5.00David is such a nice guy. Very personable and knows a lot about New Zealand and about Auckland with a touch of his personal stories which is very entertaining. I also forgot my phone in the van so I contacted the operator who then contacted David and just after a few minutes, he arrived at the hotel. The entire tour was a great experience. We went to extra places that were not part of the tour but were already on the way. What a great way to end the day at the Polynesian Spa. This is a 10 out of 10 stars.
