5.00The description does not correspond to what you will do or see. Be careful the Roman fort is optional (30 €) to do quad biking. Water is not included in the meal. I still had a very good day, I recommend.

1.00❌ Very bad experience with Sahara Caravan 12 We had booked an excursion to Ksar Ghilane through Booking.com. The claimant had confirmed an appointment at 6am. The day before, no news despite several reminders by WhatsApp and email. That same evening, no message, no details on the precise time or place. We tried to call several times without success. Finally, that same morning, we managed to reach the person in charge... who simply told us: “I don’t have a car today, we cancel.” ➤ No prior warning ➤ No real excuses ➤ A totally absent organization We lost our morning, cancelled other projects, and were left with no alternative. This behaviour is unacceptable, especially for such a logistical activity as the desert. ⚠️ I strongly advise against this agency. If you are looking for a serious experience in the desert, pass your way.

4.00It’s really an activity to do, the scenery is amazing! Our guide was very kind even if he did not speak our language very well, the meal was nice but a little too spiced for us.
Everything was perfectly organized from meeting and escorting the whole Trips to coming back, sorry the day flew so fast)

5.00We had a very good communication with Ali before our day in the desert. We will keep lasting memories because we were so far removed. The driver being kind, very friendly. He gave us an explanation of the way of life of the inhabitants. He gave us time to enjoy without ever being impatient or jaded. We recommend with your eyes closed. Thanks again to Ali and his driver.

1.00Canceled on me 7 hours beforehand, 11pm the night before for 6am pickup, he apologized but gave no explanation. Would not choose this because not reliable. He apologized and gave me a refund, offered to take me a different day but he knew I was flying out so also knew that was not possible. Really unfortunate because I was looking forward to seeing the Sahara

1.00He canceled on me 7 hrs before the trip was supposed to begin and offered no explanation. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to this for my whole trip. He didn’t respond to my questions until 8pm and then didn’t cancel until 11pm, for a 6am pickup. He said he was sorry, Viator gave me a refund

5.00The views were amazing, the experience was great, we took a lot of beautiful photos. The driver was very nice. He is a very good, professional driver. The quad and camel ride was also amazing.
