Day 1: Hanoi - Ninh Binh (Lunch) 7:30 AM - 7:45 AM: The tour guide and bus will meet you at the hotel within Hanoi Old Quarter and head to Ninh Binh Province. Visit the Hoa Lu Temple ancient capital and ride a bike through a rural village Lunch: Have lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Float through the tranquil rivers on a bamboo boat ride. and climb to the top of Mua Caves for striking panoramic views of Tam Coc before the bus drives you to the hotel. 5:00 PM: Check in the hotel and have free time in the pool. Dinner on your own. Relax and stay overnight in Ninh Binh on private room at Lodge

Day 2: Ninh Binh - Ha Long Bay (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner) Morning: Have breakfast at the restaurant and at 7:30 AM our transfer will pick you up (no escort tour guide). Rest stops on the way. 11:30 AM: Arrive at the Tuan Chau harbor, and wait for check-in at the cruises' waiting room. 12:00 PM: Embark on the cruise and have lunch while taking in stunning views of the bay and its dramatic limestone islets. Cruise through Con Vit Islet, Thumb Islet, and Lan Ha Bay. Drop anchor for some kayaking or swimming at Ba Trai Dao Beach (depending on the weather) or visit Dark Cave and Bright Cave ride by bamboo boat. When the sunset is below the horizon, gather on the deck to enjoy the brilliant colors in the sky and relax with tea and coffee or learn how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls during a cooking demonstration. Make a new friend at the sunset party or relax onboard. After dinner, enjoy a large selection of cocktails at the panoramic bar, karaoke, or go squid fishing.

Day 3: Lan Ha Bay - Ha Long Bay - Hanoi (Breakfast and early lunch) Start your day with an early morning Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Have a light breakfast at the restaurant. We will provide one of two options depending on the availability on the booking date: Option 1: Sail through the calm emerald waters to Ao Ech for a kayaking trip and swimming. Option 2: Visiting the Trung Trang Cave - A beautiful cave on the Cat Ba Island for about an hour. 9:30 AM: Return to the boat and check out of your cabin. 10:00 AM: Enjoy some Vietnamese cuisine for lunch while cruising back to Tuan Chau Marina. 11:30 AM - 11:45 AM: Our transfer will come to pick you up for your return to Hanoi. 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: The bus will drop off at the Old Quarter Hanoi (if you have a flight after, we can arrange a taxi for an extra fee). Special request while booking - A birthday cake if your birthday is the same as the check-in date. - For wedding and honeymoon anniversaries, free set up honeymoon.

5.00I spent 3 days and 2 idyllic nights. The services were of high quality (boat, hotel, food) and the program well thought out to allow us to see the essentials in a short time but without the impression of speeder. I particularly loved the kayaking activity in Halong Bay and the sampan ride in Tam Coc. I traveled alone. The manager of the agency (Mr NGUYEN) was, to my surprise, at the small care to make my stay memorable by providing me with the most beautiful rooms, answering the least of my questions by whatsapp and above all by having readjusted the program, last minute and tailor-made, to allow me not to miss my domestic flight that I had to take at the end of the excursion and whose departure time had been brought forward. I did not expect so much professionalism, honesty, helpfulness and kindness from a tour company. I will book again with pleasure and without hesitation with VTL if I have the chance to return to Vietnam.

5.00I highly recommend this tour! I really enjoyed the experience of sitting on a bamboo boat in Trang An the boatmen were incredibly skilled, and some even rowed with their feet! 🫢 The lodge in Ninhbinh was beautiful and peaceful, friendly and kind staff. The Ha Long cruise was also amazing, though a bit crowded. Overall, I loved this trip. Totally worth the price 👍🏻

5.00This trip was a dream come true for me. We traveled halfway across the world to make it happen. The ecolodge in Ninh Binh was perfect, and the view from my room on the boat was breathtaking, I love it 😍 The food was amazing, and the tour guide, along with the whole team was incredibly friendly and kind. They took great care of us throughout the trip and guided us on how should we do. The only downside was that Ha Long Bay had too many boats. Vietnam should consider limiting the number of boats to preserve this beautiful destination before it’s too late. I want to say thank you to the VTL team and especially to Linh. She helped me call a taxi from the center to the airport and didn’t even accept any money for it 😇 I truly appreciate it and will definitely come back to book the Ha Giang Loop with them at the end of this year. Can’t waitt!!!
