What To Expect
Bled
At lake Bled you can go and take a walk, take a break and sit down to have a try one of Slovenian national cakes. Enjoy the beautiful nature, view on Bled castle and view on island with a church. You can visit the island by pletna boat.
Bled Castle (Blejski Grad)
We will drive you from main parking spot to Bled castle, that you can see from top the lake Bled. You can enjoy the view on lake and city. It is nice in the night. In day light you can enjoy in castle, walking round.

5.00Andre (our driver) was fantastic! We visited Lake Bled including the castle, pletna boat to island, summer toboggan ride, great viewpoints, swimming in the lake, and saw Belleview (spelling?…Tito’s old villa). We also wanted to see some of the Julien Alps. Andre recommended Vintgar Gorge, which was stunning. We could have gone to see Mt Triglav too, but we were tired after all the awesome things we did and saw. Andre knew exactly where to go, the best spots, and he also told us lots of interesting stories and info about the history of Slovenia. Best day on my whole 2 week trip to Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, and Montenegro! The next day Andre took us to Postojna Caves, Predjama Castle, and Trieste! We appreciated the flexible customization on both days. Slovenia Tourist Taxi is fantastic and made these 2 wonderful days possible for me and my 2 adult kids! Highly recommend!

5.00There were six of us travelling as couples in Slovenia and we booked a driver for the first time – a decision that was more than worth it! Our driver accompanied us safely and comfortably to Bled, Koper and Piran, was extremely friendly, attentive and always on hand when we wanted to continue. We especially appreciated his insider tip for a fantastic restaurant at Trbovlje Jezero – a real highlight to end the trip. The personal support was top: No parking search, no waiting times and we were always dropped off as close to the sights as possible. A huge time gain and just super relaxed. We can highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again on the next group trip.

4.00The tourist taxi was great. Andrej, our driver was very friendly, knowledgeable about the sites, and communicated well with us. He was flexible and tried to accommodate all our wishes. The only complaint is the van we had was not comfortable for 6 adults. Otherwise, I highly recommend Tourist Taxi to take you to your destination.

5.00We went to Lake Bled and Bled castle today with Andre. He picked us up from our hotel on time made good suggestions regarding our itinerary. And was informative and friendly and an excellent driver. All in all a very easy way to visit this spectacular area travelling from Ljubljana. A really great day out. Would highly recommend.

5.00This was a great trip. My husband and I were picked up at our hotel and driven to Lake Bled. It was a beautiful drive and our tour guide provided lots of interesting information about Slovenia and the area as we went along. He also was super helpful about how to best organize our time to maximize what we were able to see and do. In fact, we were a little early on our return and he suggested a short stop at a beautiful some village on the way back to Ljubljana which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was a beautiful trip altogether which we really enjoyed and recommend. Thank you very much!

5.00We contacted Andrej based on the reviews we read online....we made arrangements with him before leaving the US and he was very accommodating and helpful. We had an idea of what we wanted to do and worked with us and made some suggestions for our itinerary....which really made our Christmas visit very memorable. He reminded us that he was not a tour guide, but I have to say that he is very knowledgeable and informative and he made the trip there very enjoyable. He picked us up at our hotel in Ljubljana and we drove to Bled first and stopped at some other lovely small towns to visit their Christmas markets on the way home. It was onne of our favorite days in Slovenia. His vehicle was extremely comfortable and clean for the 3 of us and Andrej was an excellent driver. In addition to our trip to Lake Bled, we hired him to drive us to Trieste for a short afternoon visit before we boarded the train from there to Venice to finish our vacation. Again, he was very accommodating and waited for us at the train station until we made sure we were in the right place. We felt lucky to have found Andrej...and have such great memories of our wonderful trip.
