Plitvice Lakes National Park
Join an early morning ride on an exciting day trip from central Split to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Follow your guide through the Upper Lakes area as you pass by sparkling lakes, cascading waterfalls, and dramatic canyons. Then, hop aboard a sightseeing boat for a cruise across the Lower Lakes and the park’s impressively huge Veliki Slap waterfall. You will also have time to take photos and buy souvenirs before returning to central Split or your hotel in another city by coach.

5.00I absolutely loved Plitvice NP. It was beautiful. Barry looked after us all. He did regular head counts and there was an option to be added to a WhatsApp group so that if you got lost, he could contact you. Nobody got lost. Ivan was a very good driver and got us there and back safely. It’s a long drive from Split (4 hours) but you stop halfway for toilets, food and drink and the same on the way back. There’s also amenities at the start of the park, halfway through and at the end. I do recommend wearing trainers though as you could trip in sandals.

5.00A sensational day!!! The bus ride may seem long, 3:30 going and 3:30 returning, but the scenery and Mia's explanations make the time pass extremely quickly. The park is grand and the route is well thought out and balanced. I recommend it without hesitation. This will surely be one of our best memories of Croatia!!!
