It was a satisfying experience! Claudia and Alberto were very attentive in our hunt. We changed places once and it was possible to see the northern lights, with several photos! We had hot chocolate and cookies as we warm up in the fire, waiting for the lights.

Our experience was poor... Simone is a really good guide and a good photographer but our driver was bad: after half an hour that we left yes he stopped because it was snowing little and he did not want to leave again, finding excuses, after five or six buses passed us he convinced himself to leave. Later we went here and there without a goal because the sky was overcast everywhere .. we ended up in the middle of a parking lot, on the edge of the road, making a fire praying to see something .. the result are two photos where the dawn is barely visible !!! the organizers should, seeing the weather, postpone or refund the excursion because it was really unfeasible to leave. Honestly, paying a sum like that to go around empty six hours with the bus seems unacceptable to me, I highly recommend if it's bad not to go and postpone. We were very disappointed with this experience.

We did this as weather stopped the dog sledding and I thought my young adult kids would enjoy it- they did. Instead of through the forest we went rounds a couple of fields and a few trees. Well organised, nice folks, not particularly my thing, but kids liked it. Remember if you’re on your own you will be asked to share with a stranger. I found this a bit of a challenge as we were all new to knowing how to drive the snowmobiles so it was unsettling being on the back, and then when I was driving I was worried about the passenger would think!

I contacted the agency the day before to ask if the weather conditions were suitable for the tour and they repeatedly assured me everything was fine. A few hours before departure, it was clear to all participants that a thick cloud cover was blanketing the whole of scandinavia, not a single star was visible. Despite this, they confirmed the tour, with the predictable result: complete overcast all night. The guides kept giving us false hope, telling the driver to head towards Finland, only to retract minutes later because it's no sense. While trying to turn around, the bus went offroad, and we genuinely feared for our safety. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere until 1:30 AM and didn't get back to Tromsø until 4:00 AM. When we asked for at least a discount to reschedule, they offered us tonight (Dec 27th), even though the cloud cover is even worse than yesterday. We were lured in by positive reviews, but it's easy to look good when everything goes right. Avoid them.

The guys who did the Tour were very boring, bland and didn't have any kind of gift of people....very disappointing and boring....the pretty lights of course but I think when you do a Tour like that, you have to contribute something and these guys contributed almost nothing....

The excursion to see the aurora was impeccably organized. Elia, photographer and guide, was very good: professional, helpful and able to make you live the moment in the best way, as well as giving us beautiful photos that will remain a precious memory. I wanted to bring the equipment, but I must say that I would have risked freezing it not being an expert on "cold", and there was really a lot of it. Highly recommended warm gloves, wool underwear, and layers of clothes. The idea of the bonfire in the snow, surrounded by nature, was also beautiful, which made the atmosphere even more magical. Excellent hot chocolate and delicious biscuits, perfect to warm up and enjoy the wait. Clean and comfortable bus, organization with attention to every detail. Experience highly recommended in every respect!

Amazing experience! David was so well informed and really passionate about what he does. Northern lights are hard to predict but he tries his best to increase the odds. Lucky the stars aligned for us and got to see an incredible sighting :) One free photo included!

We did this tour with Simon and Claudia and had a great time with them, nice and professional. We went almost to the border with Finland because it was very cloudy and, although very shy, we saw it. Beautiful photos, they are great photographers

overpriced and unprofessional. Stay away from this company and chose any of the other providers in the city and at least you will get your moneys worth.
