5.00We were picked up by local guide, Hrvoje from Zadar. He is so friendly and professional introducing us about the lakes, about the countries with some little fun facts. It was a very pleasant journey. Recommend to anyone who like to travel in private group.

5.00We were picked up by our local guide, Nead in Zadar and spent the day laughing and even singing at some points. We all enjoyed every single moment and spent the whole day discussing history, politics, music and social issues. Nead was extremely well read and incredibly knowledgeable across all these topics of conversation and we were so grateful we had the opportunity to take this tour with him. At the rest stops we enjoyed some great local cuisine and the walnut cake he suggested was absolutely delicious. The lakes of course were stunning and Nead took us around via a route that meant we could avoid the hordes of tourists and of course, we jumped the queue to buy tickets. When we arrived in Zagreb in the early evening he kindly helped us get our bearings in the city with a short drive around. Do not hesitate to book with Zico. This is perhaps the best tour company we have ever dealt with.
