3.00Buy the tour from the Copacabana stretch, better value for money, my friends paid $75 and went to two additional sites than this tour. Here are some of the Pro and issues- Pro - Guide was friendly and tried to make everyone feel comfortable. Primary Issues: 1. Misrepresented Service: Booked specifically for English-speaking guide but received trilingual tour. Constant translation between Portuguese, Spanish, and English severely limited historical information delivery. 2. Poor Logistics: - Bus arrived 10 minutes late - Christ the Redeemer visit during peak cloud cover made photography impossible - Selarón Stairs overcrowded due to poor timing - Guide lacked identification tools, causing confusion during regrouping 3. Inadequate Time Management: Insufficient time at major attractions (Cathedral, Stairs, Christ statue) despite paying "skip the line" premium. 4. Substandard Inclusions: - Restaurant poorly represented Brazilian cuisine - No complimentary water provided for full-day tropical tour Value Comparison: The tour failed to deliver promised English-focused experience and suffered from multiple operational issues. Comparable tours at significantly lower prices provide superior value. Hilton pickup at 8am, drop off at 3.43pm

5.00My best day in Rio- all highlights hit. Publio (guide) and George (driver) were great- so friendly, knowledgeable & tour provided in English and Spanish. Publio provided cultural context and information (with some humor), took some great photos of me (which was great since I was solo). He set up an atmosphere that encouraged participants to interact as well. What a great tour - way exceeded my expectations. Long and packed day - I’m exhausted (in the best way).

5.00The tour guide was personable, smart, and ver helpful throughout the tour. There was an incident where a tourist was very late in their return from one of the stops, and the tour guide patiently waited for them only to be received with disrespect from the tourist. The tour guide kept his composure and never lost his professionalism. My husband and I admired that about him and were happy to have someone to live up to a standard of professionalism. The food, on the other hand, was generic and not very good. Be aware of this as to not get your expectations up. Other than that, I enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend.
