Andy is a very nice guy. He would try to explain things at times we could not understand the English. He took us everywhere on the itinerary and some places we didn’t care for we just said take us onward. The monkey mountain Ed too much for us to climb given the air pollution. I was coughing with a sore throat and as soon as we left Taiwan- I cleared up. It’s a nice clean city but the air quality is awful. We could have spent a little less time at the Buddhist sites. Overall, it was a long day but packed with the sites.

Great experience. Our driver was very nice and made sure we were able to see as much as we could in 1 day.

After an initial impression of being organised the company greatly let us down . They gave us the wrong driver and the wrong car at the port . 30 mins into the drive our driver received notice to return to port as he had the wrong people !!!!! Wasted time . Then when we did get going our driver told us we could not visit places due to being too far , closed , too hot or too misty !!!! The car was too small for 4 people . When commented to Andy , we were told it was suitable for Asian people . Why then advertise on a world website if the car only suited certain nationalities There was no information given at any site

  • Misrepresented tour.

Sure was misrepresented. Instead of a business car, the four of us were thrust into a small taxi cab. Instead of an English-speaking driver/guide we had a taxi cab driver who spoke very little English. Avoid at all costs. Very, very disappointing a waste of our time and money.

  • Awesome day with Andy

Andy was a great guide taking us through the city safely and navigating us to all the sites. He picked us up and dropped us off and the cruise terminal marking for a very easy shore excursion. Group favourite was a little locals only seafood spot for an amazing (and incredibly cheap) lunch!
