I had an awful experience. Avoid the Holiday Wonders operator. Non of the Viator descriptions of this toured bared a remote resemblance of the reality a) the driver did not speak English - so there was no guidance whatsoever. b) the driver chose to not switch on the AC and let all the heat and humidity from the outside c) The driver wanted me to pay admission tickets when Viator said admissions were included. In the end the driver paid for my tickets after a 30 minutes haggling and phone calls. d) WiFi in the car? Bottled water? Are you kidding me? Viator should do a better job at vetting operators

It was great! Ina is very knowledgeable about the island, the tour was enjoyable, car comfortable and the places worth visiting. The sugar factory was especially impressive.
