  Tomo-san picked us up at our hotel promptly. We headed to Kokusai Ski Resort for Snowboarding lessons. Along the way, Tomo-san shared fun facts about Hokkaido and after snowboarding, we headed to a special onsen place. Picturesque snowy view of nature at the onsen. He even recommended some halal restaurants to us during our stay in Sapporo. Really enjoyed the company and tour. Best English guide if you are in Sapporo!

  Tomo-san is extremely knowledgeable, fun and helpful. He was so patient with our teens who were learning to ski for the first time. We enjoyed hanging out with him - he thought of everything!

  Tomo san was a great guide. Made sure to pick me up at a location that was convenient to me. It was my first time snowboarding but his instructions made it easier to pick things up quickly. I came as a solo traveler so getting pictures and videos by myself is quit difficult but Tomo san made sure to get some great pictures and videos of me snowboarding. The Onsen was great too, definitely worth it after a long day of Snowboarding! A 10/10 experience which is a must for those who come to Hokkaido.

  If you are visiting Sapporo, I highly recommend booking this ski day with Tomo. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Sapporo and provided great insights into the city’s culture. His English is excellent, which made communication seamless throughout the day. We also spent time on the slopes, and we were very impressed by his instruction; he is a very patient ski teacher, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident, and working to our beginner level. The onsen was also fantastic - great facilities and perfect temperature water. Beyond his expertise, Tomo is genuinely friendly and professional. He made our trip both educational and stress-free. Thank you Tomo-san!!

  Tomo san is very kind and helpful. He gave us a best day by having ski lesson in Kokusai and ending it with a night in a private onsen. He is also a good tour guide for Sapporo area and he can pick us up and drop us off back at our hotel. He is highly recommended for family or anyone looking for a private trip

  Tommo San was amazing. He helped us from the start and made everything easy. He’s a great instructor and an excellent guide — knowledgeable, patient, respectful and always ready to help. The snowboarding lesson and Sapporo tour were incredible, and we learned so much. Thanks to him, we had the best day ever تومّو سان كان وايد رهيب. من أولها وهو يسهل علينا الأمور وما قصر. مو بس مدرّب شاطر، بعد كان دليل ممتاز ويعرف كل شي عن سابورو. فاهم وصبور ومحترم ودوم يساعد. درس التزلّج والجولة اللي ودانا فيها كانوا شي فوق الخيال واستفدنا منه وايد. بصراحة كان أحلى يوم بفضله.

  I had a great snowboarding trip with Tomo san. He was super helpful and very patient with everything. We were beginners when it came to snowboarding and he took the time to teach us well. After snowboarding we left for an onsen where we were allowed to enter with tattoos. It was one of the most beautiful onsens in the world. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. Can’t wait to book this experience again the next time we are in Sapporo

  My guide, Tomo-san is the best ski instructor I have experienced. Took me to a very traditional Onsen after skiing, very enjoyable. Recommended a seafood restaurant that cooks at the table. Fantastic dinner and the best guided ski trip ever !!
