A unique, full-day Athens guided tour and introduction to the most important city sights, including the Acropolis, the Herodeion, the Acropolis Museum, Plaka and more. It's a tour where the visitor gets to have a first "taste" of the city, from a small scale next to important monuments, to a large scale by seeing panoramic views of Athens from the two most famous hills, the Acropolis and Lycabettus.
Furthermore, once we mentioned "taste", you will taste authentic greek cuisine in one of the many very good restaurants that exist in the city center.
We have very experienced tour guides with whom you will have an unforgetable time!

Acropolis
The acropolis of Athens is the most visited archaeological site in Greece. Marvelous constructions exist around and on the sacred hill of Athens. The Parthenon, the Erectheion, a roman auditorium, ancient greek theater and much more. But these monuments are "empty" without the guidance of an expert who will unfold all the stories that "dress" these marbled miracles.
Acropolis Museum
If you don't visit the Acropolis Museum after the visit at the Acropolis, it's like you have seen 50%. These 2 sites are connected and you will have a full image of the Acropolis. You will see pottery, sculptures, statues from different time periods and of course the remaining exquisite decorative sculptures of the famous Parthenon.

Alex, our guide, and Victor, our driver, were each fantastic. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, and Victor was very skilled. We toured the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, among other sites, and had a great lunch. It was an overall A+ experience. We recommend it highly.

We had an amazing day discovering Athens with Alexios. From booking the tour to the time he dropped us off, his communication with us, knowledge and professionalism were terrific. He is passionate about the city and his knowledge in so many areas, history, geography, mythology, language and Greek culture, left us feeling that we had really experienced Athens. Having him with us in the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum was invaluable. And the place we went to lunch was incredible also. Many thanks to Alex. We highly recommend this tour and guide. You won’t be disappointed.

Just had the best day exploring Athens with Alexios! We saw everything - the Acropolis Museum (skip-the-line FTW!), wandered the cute Plaka neighborhood, devoured amazing Greek food, and learned tons about the city. Alexios is super knowledgeable, funny, and made sure we had a blast. Definitely recommend this tour, especially if you can snag Alexios as your guide!

If you have the opportunity to see Athens - see it with Alexios P & his driver Lazaros! Alexios will make the Acropolis site come alive for you- you can almost see the ancient Greeks & hear the gods. The Acropolis museum had meaning because of him - otherwise you could easily become completely overwhelmed. Alexios’s command of history, archeology, mythology & of course, the English language, makes him an indispensable partner as you walk the remarkable ancient lands. His site: Greece at Last, is very informative & easy to navigate. Lazaros drove us not only comfortably & safely, but with very useful information & a sense of humor (and cold water!) & enabled us to see other landmarks throughout the city. Lazaros also made useful suggestions about the next leg of our trip - how to drive to other cities, budget our time & where to eat when we got there !! I recommend Greece at Last, Alexios P & Lazaros without reservation. You will not be disappointed!
