I booked the tour for the next day instead of three days later like I had planned because I made a mistake with the date in the system. Yes, my mistake. I realized it right away and immediately contacted the operator just to ask to push back the date to the correct date. I explained I was not even in the city to take the tour the following day. They eventually got back to me to say simply, "No, can't". When I asked why, they said, "against company policy". Three word answers. No more. This costed me 324.00 dollars. I just wanted to choose a later date, not cancel, for a tour that I had JUST booked. They refused. I hope they took their family out to a good dinner and movie with their free money. If this is how they make money, then you should not do business with them. They may have other tricks, and they certainly don't care about the customer.
