The trip was well organised although there was some initial confusion about which tour we were on and coach to get on (we were on the south tour vs grand tour that others were on). So we had to get on the coach for 30 mins then at Yaiza, we swapped to another bus for the south tour. The guide was excellent with informing us about the programme for the day and moving effortlessly between Spanish and English with his commentary. The optional camel ride was unavailable due to some maintenance in the area but we went to the national park museum instead. My mother uses a walking stick so I was concerned that some parts of the tour may not be accessible for her but she managed really well. The green lagoon and national park was the highlights. Lunch was a decent buffet for 15 euros with meats , fries, paella including bottled water and wine. Overall, a good excursion and worth doing.

Antonio the guide and manwell were polite and pleasant. Negatives were wasn't expecting 90 percent of the trip on the coach. Specifies certain times at certain places but was alot shorter than was advertised. Didn't have chance to buy from gift shop which I was upset about as wanted a couple of things but we had to be back on coach at a specific time so didn't have chance to queue up for gifts. Wasn't expecting to be a hour and half nearly before the tour started. From costa tequise to playa blanch took alot longer. On way back they arranged a separate coach for playa blanch which could of been done on way there also. Was a nice day but not worth seeing 3 2 mins experiments on the volcano and a rushed 45 to 50 for lunch which is why we didn't eat at yaitzi
