5.00Exciting tour, packed full of experiences and sites. Tour group picked us up and returned us to the marina with no issues. Professional and friendly staff that is very helpful to patrons.

2.00There have been major flaws in the organization that have made it not a good experience for us. 1. Conflicting information at the pick-up point and on the schedule, having to do 10 km with our own means to get to the next stop 2. They sell a "winery visit" that is not. You don’t visit the winery and they only offer a shot of mulled wine in a store for you to buy. 3. On the return there were more passengers than places in the minibuses and 2 of us had to stay in the cellar and wait 20' for the arrival of a taxi that a priori we have paid for from our pocket. On the other hand, we'd like to thank Miss Jackson for her attention. Martina from the offices who has always been very professional solving the problems as they were happening

5.00Brilliant trip! Be prepared to be amazed in Timanfaya National Park as the coach takes you round the lava fields where you can view the many volcanos. The experiments at the cafe on Timanfaya are great from Geysers to holding lava rock! The vineyard is lovely, a taster of their white wine and a quick walk by the vines. The buffet lunch is good value and the El Golfo lagoon is very striking! We really enjoyed the trip and found the commentary really informative.

3.00You spend more time on the coach than you actually do at the areas of interest - everything feel’s rushed. The cost of the buffet lunch is most definitely not worth it so take your own!
