Even though their confirmation was delayed, the tour made up for everything. Our guide was amazing, he is very warm and considerate. He is vast with the history. We tried the local food and drink, and we loved. In a nutshell, the tour made our trip very meaningful. Thank you Belete. And yes, the driver was gracious too. God bless

The city tour in Addis Ababa went very well, special thanks to my great guide Belete Abrham. I can recommend him to everyone, and the coffee was also excellent.

My guide Belete Abraham and driver were very flexible and went where I wanted to go and worked to help me have a very positive experience. They were very helpful and also very safe. I had a good experience and saw many interesting things. Given the craziness right outside the airport and many taxi drivers trying to rip off foreigners, it was very nice to have a safe, planned tour.

Interesting tour around the city. The tour guide was very open to answer questions and was very, very friendly. I got to see a more local, cultural and real side of Ethiopia.

We made our second trip to Addis Ababa. We had a great time once again. We went throughout Addis Ababa Ethiopia, traveling with remarkable Ethiopia tours. Owner and friend Yohanes was a great asset in our travels, with communicating, navigating Addis Ababa, knowledge of the city, and we ate a lot of good food. We had a great time together, hopefully we will be able to come again in the near future. I would highly recommend Remarkable Ethiopia Tour if you are planning a trip to Ethiopia.

We have visited the unity park and Entoto mountain in half a day. We could study the history of Ethiopia and enjoy the varaeties of the scenery and atomosphere through the site visits including lunch and dinner with a guide, Belete Abrham. It was a nice experience at final day there.

I was glad to be able to return to Ethiopia after my excellent trip last year, and so happy to have Yohanes at Remarkable Ethiopia arrange everything for me. While I couldn't do much traveling outside of Addis Ababa this time due to my work schedule, I've been pleased to have Yohanes arrange a trip for my husband to Lalibela (don't miss it!!), as well as a couple of short tours for myself around Addis. Yohanes is a very well-educated historian and you couldn't ask for a better guide at the National Museum to see Lucy as well as many more recent cultural artifacts. BEST OF ALL, Yohanes arranged a custom coffee tour for us - if you are into coffee, Ethiopia is the country for you, and Yohanes knows what he's doing! While you can get a "traditional coffee ceremony" at any restaurant or hotel that caters to tourists, there is nothing quite like visiting a coffee house that the locals frequent for a truly authentic experience, including seeing the beans roasted in front of you, mingling with the smell of incense, flavoring your cup with a bit of salt (like the old men) or sugar, and the very traditional Rue. We also visited Haile Selassie's original cafe (also full of locals, where he decreed that the women of Ethiopia shall not be prohibited from enjoying coffee for religious reasons, and a trendy new cafe where Addis Ababa's elite get their lattes. DON'T MISS THE COFFEE TOUR. As I mentioned in my previous review, electronic communication can be slow due to the vagaries of connectivity in the country, and you'll have to make payment by bank transfer or cash for the same reason, but don't let that put you off. A trip with Remarkable Ethiopia is worth it!
