Great Day Exploring Soufrière with a Fantastic Guide

5.00We had an excellent day exploring Soufrière with Xperia Tours. Our driver, George, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire trip. We visited several highlights including the Diamond Botanical Gardens, the drive-in volcano and mud baths, the Tet Paul Nature Trail, and Sugar Beach. George didn’t just drive us between stops, he joined us at the botanical gardens and shared useful information about the plants and history of the area, which made the visit much more interesting. At the mud baths he kept an eye on our belongings and helped take photos so we could fully enjoy the experience without worrying about our things. He also recommended a fantastic lunch at Hotel Chocolat, which ended up being one of the highlights of the day. The whole tour felt relaxed, well paced, and personalized. George made the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. We had a wonderful day and would definitely recommend Xperia Tours to anyone looking to explore Soufrière.

5.00Friendly knowledgeable guide who knows the island well Good communication Only a six hour trip though, but considerations of ensuring we got back in time may have played a part, but thought we could have had a bit more time at events Never felt rushed, and we were given lots of choice of what to do and where to go We had chance to make the day ours and avoid crowded areas Have already recommended this guide to other travellers because they were good in many aspects and we were well looked after

3.00Plan your day. Commentary about the island in a prepared way would have been ideal. Could not hear guide's voice very well. Guide not prepared with refreshments because it rained. Nice vehicle. Good driver. Very flexible itinerary. Our tour guide made sure to connect us to other guides at the sites we visited, well done. Pick up was on-time and drop off was after a full day (8:30 am to 4:30 pm).
A customized private tour is the only way to go!

5.00We set the itinerary to go exactly where we wanted to go within the allotted time frame. We went to 6 different sights and then stopped for lunch and were done for the day by 3pm but could have done a lot more if we wanted to. Kersharma was super nice and 100% flexible and accommodating. The driver (Rydell) was a great guy and fun to hang out with. We would recommend this tour if you want to plan your own adventure and see only what you want to see.

5.00It’s up to you what you do. I liked having the opportunity to plan my day and do exactly what I wanted. Do not expect your driver to accompany round sites. They’ll take you to the pay desk and then meet you when you come out. As most locations have on site guides that suited us fine our driver was great and I’m happy to recommend this service.

5.00We did a fully flexible tour including chocolate making, mud baths, rum tasting, waterfall, and snorkeling at Sugar Beach. Trevon was our tour guide, he stayed with us the whole time and talked to us about history of the island. Trevon made us feel safe, and was always waiting for us when we finished each part of our excursion. Snorkeling was by far the best snorkeling I have ever seen, I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys snorkeling. We enjoyed ourselves and would use this option again!

Kersharma did a fantastic job communicating with us through WhatsApp to get everything arranged smoothly. Trevon was our driver for the day and truly made it unforgettable — he drove us everywhere, guided us at every stop, made sure we knew the costs, and shared so much about the island along the way. We loved the chocolate making, mud baths, waterfall visit, and rum tasting — but snorkeling at Sugar Beach was hands down the best part! Trevon stayed with us the entire time, making us feel safe, informed, and entertained. Highly recommend this tour and these wonderful guides!
