What To Expect
On arrival you will be met by our friendly tour guides for the introduction and safety briefing. Be sure to try to memorize their river names as it is sure to provoke some fun on the water!! Snap on your life vests and helmets, step to the river’s edge and you are ready to go on a FUNtastic river ride……… Wet, wild and wonderful from the word go!! Our skilled guides will accompany and entertain you on the journey, as you gently spin and swirl in the currents and rapids of the river. Take in the exotic scenery of tropical vegetation on this thrilling ride down the river, stopping only in the pools along the way to be entertained while you catch a breath. Then finally at the last pool, an opportunity for a swim before you enjoy a much deserved Rum Punch or glass of local fruit juice, before returning to your “home away from home”.

4.00Our driver was very accommodating ensuring that we were transported to and from our hotel to enjoy river tubing. Although we cannot control mother nature, I would recommend this tour during a light rainy season to ensure the current has more force. Rashed and the other divers were very helpful pulling my daughter and I along when the current was low.

4.00They should know that if selfish inconsiderate person's who are getting picked up from other hotels decide to keep the minibus waiting for 30 minutes, to tell the driver the leave the numpties behind. Other than that problem, all good

5.00Experience great ! However the transport was life in there hands . Viator have a word with your operator driver never spoke to us or advised of travel times .during transfer there and back . . Driving erratic and careless . Not what you expect .

3.00My rating is somewhat mixed—not because of the activity itself, but because of the organization. The activity itself is very enjoyable. It provides a good dose of adrenaline while still feeling safe. This is definitely not a “lazy river.” The guides work hard to help participants get through shallow sections and to manage the descent through the more challenging parts of the river. What disappointed us—especially as cruise passengers who tend to compare with the standards of other tour operators—was the organization: • There was no email the day before to confirm or clarify the meeting point. I had to send an inquiry myself, although they did respond quickly. • The driver was not clearly identified with a sign or company logo. • During the drive, the driver suggested making a detour to other tourist sites in exchange for an additional payment directly to him. • When we arrived, the guides were not ready and only started inflating the tubes after we got there. • While doing so, we noticed them drinking beer. All of these elements made it difficult for us to feel fully confident and relaxed when it was time to get into the water.

4.00Booked through Viator intially and after a little confusion trying to find the rep when we came into the port things were well organised. The mini bus ride to get to the river was hairy. It was high up in the mountains and very twisting roads. Like being on a rollar coaster( added to the fun).Life jackets and helmets are provided.The river was at a lower level so at times you got a little stuck near rocks and at edge of river but the guys soon came and assisted by moving you along. Great fun gently going along with some rapids along the way. Rum punch was available when we finished. Dwfinately recommend

4.00The drive up the mountain to the start of tubing was narrow, switch backs and white knuckles. (This was the only readon for 4 stars instead of 5)Also saw beautiful views and local villages. The tubing was wonderful, the guides are super and fun. Great fun wirh friends!
