I would have given the review five stars, but I have to take two stars off for two matters that seem to annoy me a bit, as a guest that flew from Florida all the way to Ireland for this experience. This is not to be derogatory, but this review is in hopes that changes could be made in the future The attraction itself was good, and I enjoyed the experience overall. However, I was not informed that headphones were available and necessary to fully understand some of the displays. Because this wasn’t explained, I missed important parts of the information being presented. I am a huge Game of Thrones fan, and traveling from Florida to Ireland, I was expecting a more immersive experience. Clearer guidance would have made a meaningful difference. I did stop into the gift shop to purchase merchandise to bring back to the U.S., as I always collect items especially coffee tumblers when I travel. While shopping, I became uncomfortable due to how closely I was being watched. At one point, I turned around and a staff member was standing only a couple of steps away from me, extremely close, which felt intrusive and unsettling. I turned and asked whether they carried coffee tumblers. I was told they did not and that I could order one online. After this interaction, the close monitoring continued as I proceeded to the cashier to pay. I had already spent approximately £90. As the only person of color in the shop at the time, the experience stood out and affected my sense of comfort and welcome. I’m not assuming intent, but the behavior felt disproportionate and unnecessary for a paying customer. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that future guests especially visitors from different backgrounds are treated with equal comfort, respect, and trust

Great opportunity to see behind the scenes. We had the Belfast transfer which made the trip simple but we were hanging around a little waiting for the bus to go back even after going around twice. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The tour was immersive at the start and there were a few interactive bits but there could have been more, including an Iron Throne to sit on. I have not seen the show but my boyfriend is a fan, we would recommend the tour

Early morning tour was terrific. No one there yet and you could take your time and take lots of pictures. Studio with all the sets and costumes was fabulous. Made me want to go home and watch the series again.

Easy pick up point for bus and very comfortable journey. Once there it was straight into the tour with an amazing entry into the start of the tour! Inside lots of excellent exhibits with information boards. Seeing the sets where they filmed scenes in Winterfell , Castle Black, King's Landing and Dragonstone were amazing and ofcourse seeing the throne. Lots of interactive things to do throughout. Even got to ride a dragon!!! Seeing all the detail that was put into making each costume, prosthetics, set artifacts, all the swords etc was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and had plenty of time to see around everything. Highly recommend going if you are a Game of Thrones nerd lol 😆Very nice driver and the staff were lovely inside the exhibition too. Nice cafe also.

The tour was fantastic! The tour staff were personable and attentive. The exhibits were great. One of the photo opportunities was not available the day we were there but other than that it was a great experience.

We've seen the show. Probably like many people, a lot of the detail will have washed over us as we get gripped by the story. But make no mistake, the level of fine detail is astonishing. We booked the audio guide and I strongly recommend that you do. It slows your trip down so that you have time to really look at how these costumes, props, locations are put together. Jaw-dropping. You drive to a shopping centre car park and are picked up by the shuttle bus. Easy. The whole thing, without a refreshment stop takes about 3 hours, but is was worth it. With the audia guide the tour is self-paced and it didn't seem that busry when we went. I guess in the school holidays, it's a bit different. I think we're going to watch it all again.... 73 episodes...
