5.00We weren't quite sure what we had booked! Marina Bay lights we thought. We were very pleasantly surprised when we met Monica, our guide and she explained we would be going to the garden project (bit like the Eden centre) then see the light display followed by singapore slings on the observation deck of the Marina Bay Sands .... we.also then had time to get some delicious food at the Satay Street Market. The whole evening was great. Our teens were entertained as wee we. A throughly enjoyable trip. Monica was great, ensured we got to where we were meant to be without any stress.... recommend.

5.00The Gardens have been on my bucket list since I first saw photos when it opened. Such high expectations can often lead to disappointment but I was thrilled by everything there. Just make sure you know what parts you want to see and how much it will cost - the gardens are free but you pay for the domes, skywalk etc An unbelievable experience that I really hope to repeat as we didn’t manage to see everything - such high humidity is so draining, especially as I’m older now.

5.00This trip is a must do as far as we are concerned. The two domes (cloud forest and flower) are air conditioned and just fabulous. The first thing you see in the cloud forest dome is a huge waterfall. It is so impressive and sets the tone for everything that follows. The flower dome is just as impressive, well laid out and provding an immersive experience. We spent over an hour and a half in each dome. You could do them faster if you wanted to, but it would be a shame to rush them when there is so much to enjoy. Transport is provided to take you to the domes but not to return you to your hotel. This was good for us as it gave us time to purchase skyway tickets that give a great view from a bridge that links some of the super trees. We did a couple of other things in the Gardens by the Bay and returned to our hotel on the efficient, cheap and air conditioned MRT metro rail system. Gardens by the Bay is not to be missed.
Disappointed that no refund for display closed that we had paid for. Gardens beautiful

1.00The Gardens by the Bay were good experiences. The problem is the driver (who was supposed to have the tickets) said just to go inside, they will have them. BAD INFORMATION. The staff said that Tour East would have the ticket. I called and after about 1.5 hours of frustration and waisted time, I finally got it by e mail. Totally unacceptable. When tours are paid for, tickets should be issued. Vouchers are useless. Please re-look, meanwhile I am looking at other options.

5.00Very professional, clean, good views and relaxing. Free wifi in many places which makes booking entry easy if you don't have a Sim card. All sorts of food for sale near the ticket office.
