During the experience, we will explain the process of growing coffee and cocoa, its origins and methods of preparation. The coffee is perfectly paired with handmade chocolates, hand painted, additive free and made with cocoa from Changuinola, Bocas del Toro. Each chocolate highlights the notes of Geisha coffee, creating harmony between the delicateness of coffee and the sweetness of chocolate.

We had a wonderful time at this experience. What a great little chocolate and coffee shop. Maria did a wonderful job explaining all about geisha coffee and how to prepare it. We enjoyed the pairings of chocolate with the coffee and experiencing the changing flavors. We also purchased a coffee drink and it was fabulous. We left with lots of yummy chocolate too. We would highly recommend!

This was my first stop on a day tour of flavor. I learned about the making of chocolate and coffee. Not only did I try high quality coffee, I had the opportunity to taste perfection infused in chocolate. The different flavors of ganache accompanied by natural artistic chocolate coverings. I was impressed with the taste , variety of flavors and creativity in the design of each chocolate flavor. And the ladies running the store and experience were so knowledgeable and welcoming. I may have to make another trip to Panama just to buy more chocolate bites of greatness.

Maria has been an excellent hostess, explaining the production processes of coffee and chocolate, as well as teaching me the preparation of the famous Geisha coffee. By the way I will advise this tasting to my friends who want to visit Panama.

Was a great experience and super informative. In a cute little chocolate shop and hostess was very informative. We bought all of the truffles to take home and a small sampling was given with the coffee. Small intimate space perfect for couples.

This was a short but very sweet activity. It lasted about an hr, but the time was very well spent. I flew in solo for the tasting and no other had signed up at the same time. Therefore, I got personal 1 on 1 attention from the host Maria. I was taught the difference in types of coffee and some history and saw the difference between regular coffee and the special Geisha coffee. Very nice and not for the Keurig user. With this coffee was paired chocolates made by the shop. Amazing chocolates. And the pairing was perfect. All in all a must try event.
