Holly did a great job and provided some really good information prior to arrival at the Glacier. The glacier itself was fascinating and beautiful in such a different way. So cool to be able to walk out on the river and the glacier.

Extremely well organized. It’s a day trip but doesn’t feel like it and is a great and safe way to see Matanuska Glacier. Experience of a lifetime! Holly was an exceptional guide!

Had an amazing time and saw some very beautiful sights. My mom and brother had mobility issues and could not do the 2-3 mile hike but they were able to accommodate an alternate option for us so we still were able to experience this once in a lifetime sight!

We went in winter, we have to go well equipped for very low temperatures but also when arriving at the glacier and before starting the tour the team lent us snow pants and were very careful that no one went out on the tour without what was necessary to face that extreme condition. Mention apart deserves our guide HUNTER, he is a great professional! Your guide made a perfect experience also an epic! Congratulations HUNTER and thank you very much!

We met up with the group at 7:35 and drove 2 hrs to the glacier. There was a stop halfway at Fred Meyer to pick up lunch. The glacier tour was about 2 hours total - there is a trailer to stay warm and put on spikes (which are provided). I was nervous about temps since with windchill it was -20 F! But honestly it was not that cold once you're in the glacier since it's shielded from the wind. Absolutely incredible tour that's nothing like we've ever done! It is not strenuous and the hike is only about 1.5 miles but it's cold! I wore hand warmers and foot warmers both and was sufficient with many layers. Patrick was our PicTours guide and he was one of the best guides we've ever had! He shared many amazing tid bits about Alaska during our bus ride - and he has the best most positive attitude of all time. You can tell how much he loves the tour and it makes the experience so much better! Thank you Patrick for an amazing experience and a once in a lifetime memory!
