The bus used to take us places smelled horrible. The boat was extremely rocky and hot. It made a lot of people seasick, to the point where someone threw up while we were on it. You can barely see anything out of the boat windows. You have to hunch over the entire time to see anything. The person narrating the tour was incredibly rude. The chocolate factory was insanely crowded and hot that you could barely move. The zoo they took us to had one sloth, a few monkeys, and 2 birds. Very disappointed and would not recommend it to anybody.

Ok, I know some work with what they have, but the Monkey and Sloth Zoo looked like an abandoned roadside attraction. 5 min talk, and feel free to tip me kinda thing. The Chocolate “Factory” was basically a store in a gift and souvenir roadside stop. The boat was good for viewing fish. Looked like we were on a dead reef. Totally lacing in color. And where told all the sand in ocean was created by parrot fish crapping out coral waste. Even after someone gave the correct answer and was told he was wrong. She said it’s what they were taught in school. Could be just screwing around with tourists. Just know you will get to at least see some of the island and get some history.

This was our second trip with Roatan Five Stars, and it's another 5 Star review. I wouldn't even know what to ask for for a better experience. Communication from the jump is top notch. Our personal driver for the day on this go around was Daniel. We learned more about the island and his family. Not only would I book with Roatan Five Stars again, but I would ask for Daniel by name.

We had a great time on this trip during our Royal Caribbean stop in Roatan. Raymond was our guide and he was fantastic. My husband, 6 year old and 4 year old loved the animal park where we were able to interact with the animals. We made quick stops at the chocolate and rum tastings to have more time at the beach and glass bottom boat. Raymond was knowledgeable about Roatan and was very accommodating to ensure our trip was a success. Definitely one of our favorite days on vacation.

We got the private vehicle with the man named rainy. He is so kind and cool. He recommend the delicious local food such as chocolate tequila and roast chicken👍. Many things were new experiences which was the perfect day for us.

Our guide JB was awesome! He spoke perfect English, was knowledgeable, patient and had the day planned out very efficiently for us. When we decided to not stay at the beach and go to lunch elsewhere, he was very accommodating. The sloths, monkeys and glass bottom sub exceeded our expectations! The chocolate factory, craft market and rum tasting were also nice additions! We were a group of 6, including two seniors and 2 kids. We were all very comfortable in a large private van. Our kids 10 & 13 loved it. We had such a wonderful day in Roatan!

This excursion was amazing. We saw so much of Roatan because of this tour. Our driver was outstanding. He answered questions and allowed us to take our time at each place. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great family memories were had seeing the reef and lots of fish on the glass bottom boat. We had a private van for our group of 8 with our tour guide Simon who was great. We also added a visit to see the sloths, monkeys, birds as well as having a couple hours of beach time. Was just perfect for our first port stop.

Our tour guide was Denzel, who was a great photographer, and super flexible and informative! We told him what we were interested in doing, and in what order, and he gave us everything we asked for! We were even able to switch out the glass-bottom boat with a snorkeling adventure, which was absolutely amazing! The second stop we went to was called the blue channel. I have done a lot of snorkeling in my life, including in the Mesoamerican Reef, and this was AMAZEBALLS! Our captain, Devon, dropped us off, and we swam through the channel and met him close to the beach. There is thick, lively, beautiful, coral, with a plethora of beautiful fish, on both sides of the “channel”!
