  Well, what can I say....GoodMate Travel is the best tour company ever!!! You experience wonderful cultural sites, the staff gives historical information and fun facts about the sites you visit. Hotels and transportation are top notch. ALL the staff are extremely helpful, answer questions you may have and ensure you have the best experience ever. Plus, all the staff are just fun!   Goodmate Travel staff worked really hard to plan a week of experiences. The meal choices were delicious. The local guides were truly interested in sharing their community and culture with us. The warmth was tangible.

  This was my second trip with Goodmate Travel and they’ve only levelled up once again! The planning, the personal touch, the care .. everything was spot on. And special mention .. even us vegetarians were fed like royalty 😄 Such a fun, friendly, and caring team .. you guys made travel feel effortless and memorable in Korea . Wishing the whole crew nothing but the best and hoping to do many more trips with them ! ✨✈️

  In April this year I joined a tour organised by Goodmate Travel (Hoonies April 2025 tour) I had some concerns regarding the itinerary and my health issues. I reached out to the Goodmate Team, who responded promptly, professionally and with empathy. The reassurance provided by the team lay all my concerns to rest. Goodmate assigned their representatives Miki and Soraya to the tour. The tour group was made up of people's from all walks of life, with different physical abilities and most travelling solo. These exceptional ladies showed great care for their clients, ensuring that no-one was left behind . I had such an amazing time, I met some fantastic people, and made some lifelong friends. It's because of the reassurances given to me by the Goodmate Team that I took the decision to embark on this tour. I cannot praise Soraya and Miki enough for their hard work and dedication to each and every member on the tour. Because of the excellent customerservice and support provided in April, I embarked on a second tour organised by Goodmate Travel I felt much more relaxed booking the 2nd tour, because I knew that Goodmate Travel had my back. I reconnected with Miki and had the pleasure of meeting new recruit Eundam. Both ladies went above and beyond to ensure that everyone on the tour had a great time. The Goodmate Team worked hard to assist a tour member who had problems with their mobility.. Miki and Eundam worked tirelessly to ensure that this member was always included and never alone I embarked onTwo tours to South Korea, traveled thousands of miles, meet and travelled with some amazing like minded people who before the tour were complete strangers . This was all possible because of the hard work, dedication and excellent customer service provided by Goodmate Travel and their outstanding staff I would highly recommend Goodmate Travel and would definitely reach out to them again should I return to South Korea I would like to thank Goodmate for making my trips to South Korea so memorable.   It wasn't group travel, it was sharing new experiences with friends. Goodmate is truly dedicated to making their travel an unforgettable adventure. Their dedication and care was in every detail of the trip, from lodging to sites visited and absolutely amazing eats. I'll be traveling with them again!

  What was it like traveling with this small group of BTS fans? Traveling with like-minded individuals made the trip outstanding. Being able to sing BTS music on the bus without anyone telling me I’m singing too loud or turning the channel was great which made the trip amazing. I enjoyed being able to talk to the other tour group members about South Korea culture and K-Pop learning a lot along the way. Meeting other adult ARMY members confirmed that I am not alone and it is great to connect with others that love BTS as much as I do. Did any special memories or connections stand out during the trip? Meeting Jimin’s dad at his café was a once in a lifetime event. I also enjoy seeing the various temples and palaces. Would you recommend this group experience to other solo ARMY travelers, and why? I have already recommended this group experience to friends and co-workers. Several are planning on scheduling a tour next year. I was impressed with how organized Good Mates Travel tour guides were and how much I learned about South Korea and their culture. I have also talked with my neighbor’s son, who is in high school, about taking a trip with me so he can experience South Korea culture. If you had to describe this tour in just three words, what would they be? Positive Lifetime Experience Amazing Army Fans What was it like traveling with Goodmates Very organized and knowledgeable about the tour topics; culture, history, shopping, food, k-dramas or BTS. The accommodations were top line, and the food selection was diversified and very good. They took into account for individuals that had food allergies, preferences and those who could not eat spicy food. ALL tour guides were very personable, educated and you could see and hear the love for their country, culture and history. Have you done with group travel before? Why do you think group travel is different? This was the first time that I traveled with a tour group. I appreciated how organized the tour group was and how they kept everything on schedule. They were able to change the agenda when the weather interrupted our day. I enjoyed the group travel as I met others interested in the same thing as me and got to learn from each other. I normally travel with my family and must make the daily accommodations and schedule. It was nice having others do this task for me so that I could just enjoy the adventure. I am so happy that I was able to attend the two different tours. Seeing a lot of South Korea and learning more about the country culture and history. I am taking Korean language class with Hoon, who also is a tour guide for Good Mates, and hope to take another tour with him once I have a better grasp of the language. Not that this is vital to visit the country, but I want to be able to talk to others without the use of a translation application. Since being home it has been fun to see places that we visited when watching K-Dramas or in music videos. The two weeks in South Korea was a positive experience and I look forward to visiting the country again.

  Even though I was traveling solo, I very quickly felt a part of the group. Our guide Kenji, along with Jimin and Miki, took such good care of us and were really fun people. Kenji’s chosen stops were a great balance of nature, history, and food, while keeping the focus on our favorite guys, BTS. I had a wonderful time and hope to travel with them again.

  This was the most amazing trip & my 1st time traveling out of the country. Our host was fantastic & the 2 amazing ladies that looked after every single one of us. They were so very caring,knowledgeable,friendly & kind. By the end of the trip they felt like family. I saw some many beautiful people,things & places. I took an insane amount of stunning pictures too. I will say that this is not a trip for children & is challenging if you have any type of mobility issues. Even though the staff will try to offer alternative walking routes when able. Also if you have GI issues, you'll have to be careful, as there are several dishes that are spicy & can cause GI upset. But again, the caring staff & host will give you guidance. Absolutely the best time of my life. Great food,excursions,lodgings,bus transportation & even cab service.
