The food is absolutely horrible. It's like a cheap microwave meal. The show was good but I would suggest that you skip the meal. No one around us liked their food. Some even sent it back/refused it. Our group had the hamburger steak with mushroom gravy. I kept finding unexplained hard things in the meat. The green beans were limp and multi colored like some were from Friday and some were from a day or two before. Dessert was banana pudding. It was not good either. Eat the roll and skip the rest. Not a good meal at all. They should be ashamed.

Please be aware that viator offers the ticket for $49,99 and when you get to the show, tickets are $49.99 that also included dinner! They offer a price match guarantee, but when I asked them about this, they told me that the description specifically says no dinner included but when you get to the show dinner is included. Your best bet is to bypass viator and buy your ticket directly with the vendor!

I do not like to leave negative reviews, but it is nice to know what things are really like. The quality of this show is junior high level at best. The lighting, audio and choreography are all poor at best. The best part is the end. We did not do the dinner option.

Great food, Great performances, great venue, and great staff. Highly recommend this venue. If you’re going to Pigeon Forge, make sure you don’t miss this jewel. You won’t be disappointed unless you miss it.

It was very disappointing. As a non resident I didn’t know there were 2 locations with similar names. I assumed I was going to Nashville, not Pigeon Forge!

We have been to several dinner shows over the years and they were all good, but we were extremely disappointed with this show. What a RIPOFF! This was the worst show ever! Food was absolutely horrible! Not sure if we will ever try another dinner show. We left about half way through the show..

Wow! What an awesome experience! To start the food was good. 2 of us had the hamburger steak over creamed potatoes covered with brown gravy, green beans w yeast roll bananna pudding for dessert. The other of us had the bourbon glazed chicken with the same sides. The waitstaff was prompt. The show was top notch. The performance was beautiful. The singers were all super talented. They did a variety of County, rock, gospel and Broadway hits. We will definitely do this show again!! Absolutely a 5 star experience.

I left this performance feeling very underwhelmed, especially compared to the version of the show I attended four years ago, which had blown me away with its talent, energy, and authenticity. This time, the production felt stripped down. With only three singers, the signature five-part harmonies that defined Motown were lost. Motown was originally about powerful voices of men and women of color, and while there’s nothing wrong with diversity, it felt unsettling to see iconic hits by legends like Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, and The Temptations performed without any resemblance to the originals in look or presence. The singers themselves appeared tired and unenthusiastic throughout most of the first act. Even though the female vocalist was described as having "soul," her delivery came across as flat and unemotional. It wasn’t until the second act that the energy picked up slightly, but by then the mood had already been set. The atmosphere was also disappointing. Not a single person stood up to dance during the performance, which speaks volumes considering the infectious spirit Motown is known for. On top of that, the acoustics were poor—volume was very low, and at times it was unclear whether anyone besides the guitarist was actually singing. What once felt like a heartfelt tribute to Motown’s legacy has shifted into something that misses the essence of the genre entirely. Without the rich harmonies, authentic representation, and storytelling that made the show special, it left me disappointed. Unless the production returns to its original formula, I don’t plan on attending again
