Destinations are subject to closure due to factors beyond our control; such as bad weather, road construction, etc.
No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the vehicle during the tour. NPE tour staff reserves the rights to refuse guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs (including marijuana) or alcohol; these guests will not be eligible for a refund.

The helicopter boat ride...

2.0The helicopter boat ride was great, but don’t prepay. They offer you an opportunity to sign up on the bus for half the price you pay if you purchase in advance. I felt seriously swindled. Our bus driver Orlando was great, but the tour guide Gia panhandled at the end for tips and it was a huge turnoff. Also, we felt rushed at the Grand Canyon only to get back to Vegas a full hour before we were supposed to and really annoyed that the tour guide patted herself on the back like that was a good thing. I personally felt short changed.
