5.00Mina was a great tour guide, very professional and courteous. He knows a lot about ancient Egypt as he is a junior professor of Egyptian History. The museum itself is an incredible place. The design is phenomenal - designed by an Irish architect, as Mina was able to inform us - and the items inside are absolutely amazing. You cannot come to Egypt and miss this must see visitor attraction. There is a walkway being built to join the Great pyramids of Giza to the Grand Egyptian Museum, which will mean that visiting them will be even easier. It’s very safe, and secure, with police around to ensure everything is safe. An amazing trip.

5.00The museum is an absolute must see! Our guide Mina was incredibly knowledgable and passionate about the subject, and friendly. We were travelling with children so he also made sure to focus on the more interesting parts to ensure they did not get too restless. Communication with Waleed ahead of the tour was also very good and also happy to accommodate some additions to the tour for an extra cost. Only thing that wasn’t clear is that we hadn’t selected an option that included tickets but I think that’s a Viator issue as I have found it often doesn’t explicitly tell you what you have booked exactly. Would definitely recommend the tour with this company!

5.00The museum is very well designed, all the exhibits are highlighted, our guide Eman is exciting and full of good tips to enjoy the museum and make the most beautiful photos: normal she is official guide of the GEM! She contacted us the day before to confirm the schedule, I had the tickets on my wathsapp the morning of the visit, in short perfect.

5.00Going with the Mohamed guide to the museum made it possible to understand and admire the highlights and get information about fundamental aspects of Egyptology. You can tell that he enjoys sharing his knowledge, which is many, and is a very kind person. Aspects that I also liked are the ease of communicating with them, punctuality, good organization and having a great driver. My tour included after lunch a visit to the Egyptian Civilization Museum where you can see the mummies, other important pieces of ancient Egypt and very interesting information about Islamic culture. For the rest of my days in Cairo I also hired a transfer I needed and another visit with them. Very satisfied with everything. If I went back to Egypt I would repeat. They're very good professionals.
