We are locals and we took this tour with Meagan who was very kind, knowledgeable and personable. It was unusual to have hot chocolate (also macarons, chocolates, a cocktail, and donuts) in the middle of July, but, it was also delicious ;)

Highly recommend this tour with Megan, a classically trained 5 star Michelin Chef and chocolate Somalia. Through out our tour our she taught us about the process of making chocolate from the harvesting of the bean to the creation of delicious and savory treats that we sampled throughout our guided tour. We even made a stop at a local distillery where we sampled locally crafted gin and whiskey. Additionally, she shared historical facts about the island and introduced us to several local artisans. She was delightful, friendly and took time to answer our questions throughly and thoughtfully. HIGHLY recommend.
