**Symptoms Free Policy** - In the case you are feeling unwell, with symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or headache, for your and all other passenger’s safety we ask you not to join the tour. We might ask to have your temperature measured before entering the minibus.
This is a small groups tour and the vehicles are 22 seaters minibuses Mitsubishi Rosa or similar. In case extra room is required, send us a message so we can arrange large coaches option.
Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
We are not able to accommodate children under 7 years of age on this tour, as according to VicRoads regulations they must travel on child restraints, which are not available in our minibuses. Passengers who show up with under 7 years old kids will be refused boarding without refund.

From Bumpy Roads to Comfortable Seats

3.00I was sitting at the back of the bus because the road was so bumpy and there was no air‑conditioning。 The bus was making such a loud noise that I couldn’t hear anything he was saying。 When we went on the other tour in Melbourne, the bus had Wi‑Fi and the seats were very comfortable.
A bad experience not to repeat.

3.00Despite the enthusiasm we had with the tour our experience was not good. The driver was calling the travelers according to his list, and we finished the four largest people of the excursion in the last row of the end, which is the one that has four seats instead of three and therefore are smaller than normal, we were for many hours in a very small seats, not able to move for all the hours of the trip, we could not even buckle down because we did not have space in the allocated piece of seat. Any guide would have realized that we were literally crushed with each other without being able to move, would have had to distribute the staff more consistently, or more in line with the age and size of the passengers. To this must be added that that day it rained copiously during the excursion, so we all ended up totally soaked, and when we got on the bus the driver put on the air conditioning, people were shivering, however the driver was in short sleeves and shorts, it was evident that it was very hot, so he put his body temperature before that of his passengers. Wet as chickens, tight and with a cold nose. It couldn't have been a more awkward and unfortunate trip. However everything we saw had to be seen, it is a beautiful excursion, obviously to do with another tour operator more considerate and professional.

5.00This tour is amazing. Really enjoyed each stop for photo shoots, our guide Jimmy had good knowledge of the region and his commentary was very informative. Each stop was sufficient for us to take plenty of photos, and also for us to enjoy the gorgeous views. Highly recommended.

5.00Today I joined the day tour was good, I took a lot photos in twelve apostles and Gibson Steps. The view is so breathtaking. The tour guide Jimmy did a great job as he introduced a lot of Melbourne so that I can know more about this city!
