The trip was very enjoyable and informational as well. If you’re a chocolate and cheese lover, this trip is definitely for you. If not, you will still learn something from this trip. My tour driver John was very friendly and engaging as he shared a good history of the places we visited. He made the entire trip interesting so there was not a boring moment.

We spent about two weeks in Switzerland but this must have been the highlight of the trip! First we did the wine shops tour and because our guide was awesome we wanted to have another trip so we chose the Gruyère village. Amazing place we highly recommend it to try all the local products and get mesmerized by the scenic views!

One of the trips I took in August, during my vacation in Switzerland, was to the famous region of Gruyères. We started with a visit to the cheese dairy, where, despite the strong smell 😅, we were given cheese samples at the entrance. Next, we visited the chocolate factory, an experience that, as they say, is completely different from watching it on video and actually seeing it in person! We had an interactive tour of the factory and, at the end, we tasted countless chocolates 😅. The day ended with a visit to the impressive local castle, a stroll, and a meal in the village square. It was a full and very beautiful day, with the trip being very well organized!
