Daren did a fantastic job. He explained the park’s features perfectly and made sure we saw all of the highlights of Yellowstone. The van was extremely comfortable and clean. I would recommend this tour company to anyone.

Despite challenging weather conditions our tour of Yellowstone with Owen and Covered Ground Tours was fabulous. It was a 3 bear day - as well as bison and elk. For us it was a first trip to Yellowstone and it was so nice to sit back, relax and leave the driving to a very capable Owen. Thank You!!

We did the Highlights of Yellowstone Lower Loop tour with Cody from CoveredGround Tours. The tour was fantastic and Cody did a phenomenal job. He was knowledgeable, helpful, engaging, and made us wish the tour was longer than the 12 hours we had. On the tour we saw lots of wildlife (bison, elk, a bear), all 4 types of geothermal events, the lodge and of course old faithful. Cody even threw in a few tips that enhanced our experience. Oh and the brownie at lunch, Amazing. Through my experience I also worked with a couple other members of their team. All were courteous, professional, and happy to help ensure we had a great trip. I highly recommend going with CoveredGround.

Very well put together. Was on time for our pickup and drop off. Kody did an excellent job showing us things we would have missed. The picnic lunch was very good.

The guided van tour was great. So much great information about the park and anecdotes. The Yellowstone roads are dotted with hubs of excitement as visitors spy key species and gather. And of course this tour went through the geologically active part of the part with steam vents, hot mud pools and the extremely hot clear blue pools and the number one sight - Old Faithful geyser. The guides were excellent at anticipating the plains animals and engaging with other ‘spotters’ to get great views. They explained the geology very well and provided crucial safety guidance. It was a great way to cover a lot of ground and experience this fantastic unique environment.

Brilliant trip. Stopped at all the major landmarks. Guide Jack was great … very knowledgeable about the history and geology of Yellowstone and up to date info on where wildlife was so that we could see bison and several bears.

It’s a long, full day. Bring a sweater or hoodie. Be prepared to walk up to 3/4 of a mile in a short time. You can skip the walking, but miss some sights. This is the best day tour I’ve taken! I got to see so much more than if I had gone on my own.

Cody was an excellent tour guide! He was patient with us and kept an extra close out for wild life. He parked close to each sight for us making it easy to access and find him. I want to book another tour for the other parts of Yellowstone!

Darrin was great and was very attentive to everyone's must see list. I thinknwe checked off everyone's list. He gave pointers for those coming back into the park on their own. Definitely would recommend.
