He was incredibly kind, patient and attentive throughout the entire tour. He understood exactly where to take us and he guided us to shops with friendly, respectful vendors who weren’t overly pushy or demanding, which made browsing and shopping much more comfortable. Mahmoud genuinely looked after us, making sure we felt at ease and had a positive experience at every stop.
